I’ve had Charter for 9 years and haven’t gone a single day without losing Internet in my home. That is no exaggeration. The technicians that show up are very courteous and seem to be knowledgeable but, I’ve never had a resolution to my spotty Internet. In addition, several HD channels are unwatchable due to the screen freezing. This makes DVR’ing impossible and forces me to watch shows on demand with(GASP) commercials.

I have never called customer service that many times as I called to Charter’s just to ask why on earth I was quoted a low price, but was billed a more expensive rate? Every month I have to check if I was overcharged. Another frustrating thing is dealing with operators on the phone. You call operator asking to transfer you to a specific department. No! Se wants all your personal info with a security code. After 5 minutes, she will transfer you to a different department. And you will have to provide all the info all over! One time I had to provide my info 5 times. And all I wanted to do is to cancel one service and connect another service. If you want to cancel the service, you will be tortured with questions of why you are cancelling. And they will not let you cancel if you owe money on the bill. They will bill you more and more until they decide to disconnect the service. All the information above has nothing to do with Chicopee location. I am complaining about 800#. As to Chicopee location, the female representative is extremely mean there. She has an attitude that she owns Charter.
