This place is one of our staple meals. We usually buy lunch from them on telework Friday’s. It’s always so fresh and made from natural ingredients. I order chicken kabob on salad and my husband orders the beef gyro. The salad is always so fresh and the meat is high quality. The staff are super friendly and professional. So glad to have them close to home in Great Falls.

Not consistent, There always running out of something, just like Romantica’s next door This place is under new management by the same people that used to run Romantica next door. There slowly turning into Hispanic food. Great Falls is pretty picky about being consistent.

I’m a bit confused, but if I have it right, apparently the Kabob Place serves hispanic fare during the day, and mid eastern food at night. Or something like that. Kabob Place has been a Great Falls institution forever, and I’ve always enjoyed their food. Today I stopped by for a couple of pork and cheese pupusas. These were wonderful – freshly made and served hot. I have to come back – seemed like two extensive menus from two completely different parts of the world were available for our dining pleasure.

Great kabob. I typically order on the phone and then come and eat there so I don’t wait the 5 – 10 minutes of time for them to put my made to order meal together. Yumm. It’s been consistent since the Romantica owner took over this place. I have come by at least a dozen times. I agree, the previous reviews from the time of old management and ownership are no longer relevant.

They’ve been under new management for about a year, so I’m not sure how relevant the other reviews are now, esp regarding the attitude of the staff. Although in the previous owners defense, it was run by a mom and daughter team, and they were Persian and I found the atmosphere and attitude very real, and often amusing. The new owner is Hispanic, and a former head cook at the Romantica right next door. He was trained up by the previous owners in middle eastern food, but also added a lot of cheaper South American options as well. This isn’t a fancy restaurant, just a place to get some quick, healthy food options(compared to the more fattening Italian options in town). His chicken soup is amazing, btw — extraordinarily fresh and healthy!

Rude, rude, rude. The ladies who work here(and own the restaurant) are just plain rude. One of the ladies took my order while on her cell phone, blabbing away about a date she went on the night before, and even put together my meal while on her cell phone, AND handed me my food… while on her cell phone. I have called to place a takeout order several times on the phone and they answer by shouting«HELLO»…sometimes I’m not even sure if I have dialed the correct number, so I have to confirm. Then, throughout my order I am being yelled at on the other end of the phone. I don’t care how the food tastes, not bad… but not good, but the women here are just rude. You would think that people who owned their own business would be a bit more pleasant to their patrons… I guess not. So, don’t complain that your business is slow and that you’re not making any money in the future… which is what they do on the few occasions I have gone to pick up food.

This place really should have better reviews. The kabobs aree so good and the staff so friendly. I come every tuesday night and will go out of my way if i get a craving before then. We’ve tried other kabob locations closer to vienna but do not get the same flavor or friendly experience we do at Kabob Place. Thanks for extending your hours, too!

Our go-to place for a non«fast-food meal. It’s tasty and healthy. Order it family style if you have last minute company. For 10 people, just order 4 double chicken or double lamb or what have you. And don’t forget the Red Pepper Hummus.

This is the worst kabobs I have had. The lamb was overcooked and extremely chewy. The Naan bread was as flat as a tortilla and stale and the rice had insane amounts of butter in it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I eat here once a week, either ordering a chicken kabob or a salad. The kabobs are tender and nicely flavored and the salads are fresh and hearty. The dressing is great too. The owners of this restaurant also bake cakes that are the best to found in this area. I have ordered at least five birthday cakes here, and they all have been to die for. Two of the cakes I ordered were specialty cakes — one was shaped like a princess and the other had a horse«drawn» on it with frosting. Both were works of art and real crowd pleasers — both because of their stunning appearance and their great taste. I love this place.

Definitely not even close to good kebobs. Fine, they are edible, but if you’ve had good kebobs before, don’t expect anything out of this place. If you’re in that neck of the woods and craving kebobs, please, please, don’t cave and go here, it’ll be a sad kebob experience for your mouth. It’s a flavor thing, I just don’t taste much. And their bread? Too small and too thin. Yogurt sauce is «meh» and I don’t remember there being any sides. They do have some desserts there which looked kinda good but I wouldn’t go just for something sweet, I’d want the whole thing: yum kebobs, sides, and dessert.

I was starving for a late lunch and had to fulfill my bi-weekly quota of kabobs and decided I will experiment with this place. The location is very central to local Great Falls residents and from the street, you would never know there was a restaurant here. I ordered a Kabob Soltani(chicken & ground beef kabob served with rice and grilled tomatoes). First, my pre-meal bread was cold and seemed like it just came from the Safeway across the street, however, the authentic yogurt dipping sauce made up for it. The chicken kabob was tough and for the first time ever, required me to use a knife to cut into bite-sized spoonfuls; besides that it was pretty tasty still. The ground beef kabobs were better though in texture, but lacked flavor! I was getting frustrated with this imbalance of flavor and tenderness and just chalk up this platter to my list of «mediocre» kabob joints. It’s typically a bad sign when you have to gorge down a whole onion just to complement the meal. This is sad because the comfortable eating environment and warm at-home feeling made this place nice for eating in. In addition to selling kabobs, the place has a bakery as well. I am told the bakery and cakes are excellent, however, I am only reviewing this place as a lunch/dinner eatery and not as a place for dessert. Perhaps my decision would change after some sweets? Bottom line, I give this place a confused 3 stars; confused because I honestly can’t say if this was bad or good, you decide!

3 ½ stars… so we came here after our hike at the great falls park. i love falafel and hummus but i have pretty high standards because of my arab friends. yes, the falafel sandwich i had was pretty good and it was also pretty big and filling so i shared it with my girl but… my only complaint is that the bread they use(pita bread) is not that great. im sure its hard to get fresh bread around the area and because of that they lose ½ a star. i paid 7.81 for the sandwich and a pistachio baklava. good deal!
