Starbucks

Came in at 7:45AM to grab some coffee while I waited for my coworker. As I walked in I was immediately greeted at the door by an employee. The line had 3 people on it and all the seats were already taken. The place is clean and bright. Employees are nice and efficient. My coffee tasted great. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Overall one of the better Starbucks that I’ve been to.

The coffee was pretty good, but no excellent. I was able to get in and out very quickly. God place for quick coffee.

Baristas are friendly and service is top notch. I don’t know about the other reviews but my wait is never long. Only thing is the parking lot is a bit of a mess. Usually crowded.

The staff are very pleasant at this location, but they need to do a much better job cleaning up. It’s a new Starbucks and very nicely designed, but there’s an unacceptable lack of cleanliness. I’m seeing crumbs everywhere on the floor and the tables and chairs need to be wiped down regularly.

This is by far the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. The «baristas» (if we can call them that) hang out and talk about their weekends and comic con with each other while the line grows, and grows, and grows. I mean, it’s cool to keep the atmosphere light, but not when your discussion requires 100% of your attention. Also, some of the «baristas» are downright nasty. I go 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different starbucks because it actually saves me time.
The only benefit of this place is the clover and the fact it is new inside, with (slightly) better parking than the old location.

Well, the coffee is good… However, the customer service is slow (to say the least), the staff always seems overwhelmed, and the store is usually pretty messy. The Starbucks in Manhasset is much better run, organized, and welcoming. If I didn’t live around the block and love Starbucks’ coffee, I probably would not frequent this location.

Comfortable seating. Convenient location. Courteous staff. Gift cards, free WiFi, and the best coffee ever. The Starbucks with the best layout. Storefront glass let’s in the sunshine and lends to people watching. May dine in, half couch, half chair seating, huge mirror, nice photos on the wall. Clean bathroom.

With constant changing of staff from their old location to new, something was left behind in the move. That something would be quality and service.
I went in today, after a number of times being frustrated with the new location, to have my final time be just that. i ordered the gingerbread latte pay my 5 dollars for a coffee and go to the pick up area. I hear them announce the order correct with my name. and the new guy. in record time, comes with the drink. he says. here is the caramel blah blah drink. (side note. I have an aversion to caramel. but how would he know.) I mention to him that’s not what I ordered. his response was the first punch. he simply states I made this can you have this instead? No. I ordered the gingerbread latte. that’s means I have to make a new one? Yes! Then midway through he asks if I want the syrup in it. I simply respond. follow the instructions made by starbucks. He makes it. finishes it. and I drink it… tastes horrible. not the seasonal drink I’ve been having for years on a weekly basis.
To sum up. quality control and a sign for «no douche bags allowed» is needed.

Yeah… no.
They moved to a bigger space, and I get that, but the space is poorly set up. You have to walk across the entire store just to enter. This location doesn’t carry the Chicken and Hummus box, so I’m going to assume this one is kosher — makes sense for the area.
The baristas are unprofessional — making inappropriate comments while talking to each other, speaking unprofessionally to customers, and just poor service. I’m lucky the drink I ordered came out right. I intended to sit and stay with a friend, but I quickly left the moment my drink was done.
