3 time I am trying this place. first two times was a disaster. I ordered soup both times and both times I got a bowl of hot water with oil and some veggies thrown in, no seasoning, no flavor. Called back both times and nothing was done. DON’T ORDER THE SOUP.
3^rd time I ordered a sandwich, it’s pretty decent. quick delivery. delicious potato salad.
just really avoid the soup. first time I ordered tomato soup, it was canned tomato chunk and hot water. 2^nd time I order broccoli soup, I asked if it was cream of broccoli or broccoli cheddar and was told that’s what it was. It had zero cream or cheese in it. just broccoli with hot water and oil.
I had people in my office try it just to make sure I wasn’t being difficult and everybody agreed with me.

EDIT: Originally, I had given a stellar four star rating and review, after a few months of consistent ordering from Cook Shop I unfortunately had to revise it. Every time without fail there is something missing or wrong. The food is great but the constant lack of attention to what is written or dictated is too much to look past. This will be the last time I order from them. Very disappointed. I will miss seeing the delivery boy, very sweet and friendly!
PREVIOUS REVIEW: My coworker and I order from here all the time, we absolutely love it! We order directly from GrubHub which is convenient, on the occasions that we order over the phone the workers are very friendly and helpful. Delivery is always on time or early which is awesome. Most importantly the food is amazing! The only reason for the 4 stars is because some things on the Grubhub menu are not available which is a little inconvenient. Overall awesome place will always recommend.

waited 1.5 hours for a lunch delivery for 6 people. One meal was not delivered and another was for a burger plain, we explained there is a vegetable allergy issue. Came with lettuce and tomato. When we called the owner said, its just lettuce and tomato’s not vegetables. If you don’t want them take them off. Does this place even have a food service license? that direct contact with the lettuce alone would have had my son in the hospital. We are an office of 15 and have ordered from them often but not anymore. There special foods are really good but I won’t wait this long for a delivery, have it come wrong, and have an owner that doesn’t understand food preparation and allergy issues.

Won’t ever order delivery again!
Wanted large smoothie got small … Ordered deluxe burger and got a ridiculous piece of meat no pickles and hard fries !!!
And paid full prices and $ 2 for shipping .
Not the first time but definitely the last one

This place is great. friendly staff, delicious food and great coffee. awesome selection on their menu. I took another Unilocalers advice and got the Chipotle Chicken Panini, it did not disapoint!

Absolutely love this place. We order from here about twice a week. All the sandwiches are super tasty (love the cookshop chicken cutlet sandwich) and the hot food too. Definitely recommended give it a try!

The Chipolte pannini was wonderful, grilled peppers, pounded, seasoned chicken breast. However, the Smokehouse pannini took home the blue ribbon. It was amazing!
