I wish I could give zero stars but Unilocal wont let me. I set up an appointment with the manager to come out and measure our house becasue we are wanting new carpet. The appointment was for 12:00, and I left at 12:55 to go back to work with nobody showing up or even a call. Pretty sad when a manager blows off customers, i imagine the rest of the staff is probably worse at customer service than he is.

Zero Stars
Worst experience ever! Once we finally got them to come install our vinyl flooring and cleaned up the mess in our yard of scraps of old flooring we noticed a large rip in front of the refrigerator. Installer left without mentioning. Several phone calls later we got them to come replace. This time they didn’t put refrigerator back «so it wouldn’t happen again» and broke the door to the oven. Would never recommend.
