Way noisy, way crowded. Normally I’d say that was a sign it’s worth the wait. But the food is bland — even if there is a lot of variety. The wait time is obnoxious, even after we were seated. Our server took forever to get drinks for the table, took our orders, and then just disappeared.
We watched other diners — seated after us — eat and leave; we were still waiting on food. Drank all our coffee, waited for even a refill, finally flagged down another server who had to go get the manager.
It took the manager to bring us our coffee refills and food.
And that food: was probably good when it was made, but it sat under the lights so long the eggs had become rubbery and all the sauces had skinned and congealed.
But, hey, our server did show back up to give us the bill. How nice him.
Not in any hurry to return.

Highly recommend coming here!!! Customer service was above and beyond. We were a big party and it was busy and they did their best to get us in. My grandma was coughing and the manager immediately grabbed some water and napkins. That was very kind and attentive of him. Thank you!

When I went in I asked for a booth. The host said no problem. Two booths and a table were prepared and I was second in line to get seated, guess what no booth. No worries I thought. I ordered the breakfast sampler with harvest grain and nut pancakes, sausage and well done hash browns. When my food arrived regular pancakes, bacon, and burnt hash browns. Wow nothing correct well technically the hash browns were well done. LOL.

Me and a friend and my brother went here and were very disappointed. The food was terrible and looks horrible. The pancakes looked pathetic and beat up. I felt sick and so did all of my party. We barely touched our plates besides to compare how awful each dish was. The eggs were fake and bad. The bacon was alright. The french toast was a sad sight. The hash browns were barely cooked at all. Our server was a young woman who was polite. She did a good job but she wasn’t the one making the food.

I went here a few times the food was good just average nothing special and the service was ok. I love their strawberry stuffed French toast.

Our family loves to eat here. The food is good and the service is great. Our server today went above and beyond by remembering us from previous visits as well as most of our usual special requests. I swore I was going to try a sandwich today, but got lulled away by a side of pancakes, as always. Maybe next time.

The people in Greeley are so nice including the waitstaff at this IHOP. The food and service are of high quality. Not your typical small town IHOP where all the servers are wearing armbands to cover tattoos. Service with a smile and the food comes faster than normal. Love the healthy menu options too. Will be a regulars when I’m in Greeley.
