The speed compromises the quality/​consistency. Sometimes you get a little onion, sometimes you get a whole onion. Sometimes you get a handful of lettuce, sometimes it’s way too much. Sometimes there’s a little dressing, sometimes the bread is soggy. The meat/​cheese/​bread ratio is typically on point because they’re pre-​portioned, but I just wish they’d slow down just a little for quality.

Just like their commercials they are freaky fast! Never a bad sub! I always joke that they put items on your sub while you’re making your choices online.

A shame that I have to write this review, I liked jimmy johns until today. Their website indicates that they do not deliver to my office, which is 5.4 miles from JJ. Their website does not allow deliveries, but I have called them before and they have delivered to me at my office. Today I called and the manager flat out refused. This tells me one thing, jimmy johns doesn’t want my business. Poor customer service.
