We just had an excellent experience thanks to Shift manager Josh Turner. Not only did he rearrange our order to save us a few bucks, he made sure my daughter received a banana instead of an apple. It seems like a small praise, but for a family with a tight budget who wanted to get out, a few bucks and getting good treatment really meant a lot. Thanks Josh for the good service!

I have never had friendly service, hair in my food twice and everytime I order an egg soufflé for breakfast, they have to check to see if they have it or they don’t have any. The lattes are always mostly foam and the pumpkin spice latte was so disgusting I spit it out and drove to Starbucks next door because Panera employees at this location are so not approachable it’s like why even bother for the hassle of explaining the pumpkin spice latte was pure pumpkin, milk and maybe some espresso. So done with this location.

We love to have lunch here. My kids devour their food everytime. They always get the mac and cheese which is always creamy and delicious. I love their salads and fresh baguettes. I’m only giving it 4 starts instead of 5 because the last few times they have been out of items. We pretty much stick to the same thing every time. So my husband wasn’t to happy about changing it up. But the food was still great as always. Amazing staff and exceptional clean dinning area. Can’t wait to meet my sisters for lunch! One of the nest panera bread locations I have been too.

If you like bread this is the place to go. No substance just everything is over-​powered with bread. Little meat, little veggies just bread. I guess what do you expect from an alleged high end fast food chain. I am done with all restaurant chains.

I have had THE BEST customer service here! And I really hope Angela gets some sort of recognition! She helped me over the phone and in person. She was extraordinarily helpful and very pleasant! I highly recommend going to this Panera.

We have never had a bad eating experience at this location.
The two star rating is a result of them being out of items nearly every time we have visited.
Today they were out of multiple varieties of bagels by 9am on Saturday morning. Most of our evening visits they are out of cookies and bread bowls. We often order soup and instead of ordering off the menu board you have to ask what is left.
There is obviously great demand for the products offered at this store and I’m sure we are not the only patrons beginning to second guess eating here because we never know if they’ll have what we want.

I give this experience zero stars. I saw the ads for the Mediterranean Chicken Pita sandwich… it looked tasty. Got my meal to go… The pita sandwich and small Greek salad. Got home, salad had no dressing with it and it was clear by the odor of the salad that it was prepackaged and they never bothered to rinse the preservatives off before serving. My sandwich had one small the size of a quarter piece of chicken. .One slice of cucumber and some sort if veggies mixed in an very unappetizing sauce. I threw my whole meal away. I did call and tell them my experience. .The response was what can we do? Since I have to use a cane getting out and going back was not something I wanted to do. But if you do get an order to go… take the time to open it up and check it before you leave… me I will not be going back to Panera anytime soon. And for the record. Panera you need to get the product right before spending tons of money to advertise duchess an inferior product.

Last time I was there a few days ago, I got the pick 2 package, I picked an Italian sandwich and a chicken Caesar salad. Both were about what you would expect an Italian sandwich and a Caesar to be. The bread and the salad tasted fresh.
The décor is nice and the music is soothing.
I would go more often (there aren’t that many fresh and healthy places to eat out at around here) but they do ask $ 10 for the sandwich and the salad. A little voice inside my head whispers to me that they are running a hefty profit margin on those items.
I would’ve given them 5 stars if the price was 8 or 9, instead of 10.

Three stars just because they messed up my chicken salad order twice. Chalking this up to it being only open for a short time so stars can go up.
Nice to know there is a fast food’ish place in town for those of us that like less processed fare.
