Decent parking, even with crazy holiday shoppers. Good selection of stores with a good variety of kiosks in the walkways. Small food court, clean bathrooms.

Terrible customer service!
Just moved to the Green Bay area and I really enjoyed shopping at the Bay Park Square Mall. They have a wide variety of stores and food options. I have shopped here on a couple occasions and never had a problem. Recently after leaving the mall I hit a 6in deep pothole after attempting to avoid multiple potholes on the road surrounding the mall that connects all the parking lots. After contacting customer service to see if there was anything the mall could do about the damage to my car I was put on hold for 10 minutes and had a manager tell me that in order to damage my car I must have been driving «pretty fast». Then I was told that it is not their problem because even though it is mall property that section belongs to Shopko and was hung up on with no further explanations.

it is a great place to go to walk, and to shop. With a nice selection of stores you can choose from and food choices you can spend a day here. Depending on what you are looking for and or your budget things can be a little pricier.

This place is your standard mall. It is very clean. It had your average, run of the mill stores. Nothing too expensive and nothing real ghetto. I don’t know if it was me and my lack of shopping expertise, but some of the stores seemed to overprice their items. This place seemed to have a little bit of everything.
