My screen replacement took almost 3 hours and when they finally fixed my screen my front facing camera is now blurry and the light sensor flashes red which is very annoying.
Once they had the broken screen off my phone, the phone sat on the counter for the majority of the time as the employees were more focused on selling phone cases. The employees have no respect for their customers’ time.
When I pay over $ 170 to get my screen replaced I expect to get a flawless phone returned to me and I was NOT expecting to have to wait 3 hours for a simple screen replacement. I don’t recommend doing business with them at all.

This location is under new management!!! Rida the new franchise owners and her lead tech finally fixed my phone and were great to work with! All former employees of the location were replaced and things look promising for this location.
