I’ve been coming here for breakfast a couple times each week for the last month. The service is fast, the orders are correct and the employees are polite and personable. This is now a hit on my breakfast list

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS. They should revoke the franchise. Since I was working in Greenbelt for the holiday week, I visited to place my usual order of a well-​toasted plain bagel with extra cream cheese, and, a hot latte with extra cream and sugar, no milk. Instead, I was given a flavored, un-​toasted bagel with very little cream cheese. Hot latte with extra cream and sugar, NO MILK… forget that, the manager told me that he could not make that. WTH! I order that every morning at DD in VA. And of course, when I complained, there was no apology, no offer to correct the situation nor provide me, the customer, with my request. This place is beyong shoddy.

Took my 10yr old son to this location for breakfast this morning. He ordered a small hot chocolate and a donut and I ordered a small tea. Once handed to us, I asked for the ring that can be placed around the cups so prevent our fingers from burning. The cashier handed me two which were too big for our cups.
We payed for our order and left. After my son finished his donut in the car, he picked up his cup of hot chocolate, which we now realized was filled to the brim. I attempted to rip the lid for him to sip and realized as it was spilling all over my pants and car that it was coffee and not hot chocolate. So thank you Dunkin Donuts staff for giving my 10 yr old son coffee for breakfast.
Also the phone to this location does not work, so my attempts to call and speak to a manager have failed.
I’ll stick with Starbucks
