I wanted to know if they had a certain game(I can’t remember which game since I’m around a month late with this review). The guy that answered the phone sounded Latino. I told him I was looking for a certain game. He immediately put me on hold, not for 30 seconds, or one minute, but for an entire ten minutes! And like a hopeful dummy, I waited until I thought it foolish. I hung up after ten minutes then decided to call right back. I spoke to the same guy and asked him the exact same question. He did the exact same thing and placed me on hold. I waited even longer to see if he would pick the phone back up. After 15 minutes, the phone just hung up. I’m done with them.

I can say I gave this location chance after chance after chance, but its not worth it. I do not blame the store but there are employees that have made the store very uneasy to shop at. I am greeted when I come in and the usual stuff they have to do when customers come in. The worst for me is being offered magazine subscriptions, down payment on games, buyer cards, etc. I JUSTWANTTOBUYMYGAME!!! The worst thing is please, please keep your personal opinions to yourself. I want what I buy and that is it. Don’t spend 5 minutes trying to get me to reserve a game I said no to twice. Hopefully things change, but if not you have been warned.
