Rob K gets his wish as the Shack liquidates. I found the people there very helpful and considerate during the close out sale, especially considering their jobs are about to vanish.

The guy with the ponytail is really nice. Every time I came there, I’d bug him about cell phones. He’d have to do his sales pitch and tell me to switch from Verizon because they don’t have it there… but I broke my phone and hated Verizon, so eventually switched. There was also another guy that was more than helpful when my boyfriends smart chip broke. We went to an AT & T store… which was crappy. They did not pay us any attention and had like one person working there. I walked outside and called Radio Shack in CP and asked if they could help us out. They just so happened to have an old floor model in the back and let us have the smart chip… which they normally don’t do. In my opinion, they went above and beyond for me. However, I’d rather do most of my shopping at Best Buy because they offer a wider range of electronics.

This is an awful place that should be burnt down! High pressure sales staff and high prices! #1 on my «torch this place» list.
