Simply the best, better than all the rest. That is the customer service at vapin time. Sam and pops are very patient and knowledgeable about vaping hardware and juices. I like the environment that they have in vaping time. One of the best vape shops in Maryland. If you are on the fence about what vape shop to explore, search no more vapin time is the store for you.

Vape time… the first«Vape shop» I ever went into. I had been vaping NJoys for a while and was getting sick of a few things 1. I had no idea when they would run out of juice 2. They were 8 bucks a piece 3. I could only get them certain places(7-elevens) primarily So when I was driving down the road in College Park and saw this place, I was like… what the heck. Let me go browse. And I went into the store, and to be honest, at the time, it was a little bare bones. There were juices on the wall on the right and then there was some models of vaporizers in a glass cabinet in front of a gentlemen named Sam. So I go up to Sam and I have like 25 different questions for him. I know literally nothing about vaporizers and interrogate him like he’s wanted for manslaughter. 1. How much does the liquid cost? 2. How often to you refill it? 3. How long does it take to charge? 4. Can I change out the tank? 5. Will it leak if I don’t cap it? 5. How long with the charge last? and I went on and on. And to my surprise Sam was able to answer each of the questions, without missing a beat, in the friendliest way. He was just super nice. He had more knowledge than I’d ever thought he might know. Like, he knows the thread size of the tanks and the vaporizers he carries. He seriously a wealth of information about the things. So, I bought my vaporizer and used it for a while until I felt like I wanted to upgrade the tank a bit. Came back and Sam was totally there and there for me. He’s super awesome. He’s obviously put a lot of work into store in the first few months they’ve been open. He now has a juice book which describes the flavor of all the juices he carries. A couple suggestions 1. I’ve been into a shop where you could actually test the flavors with a disposable plastic pieces over a store vaporizer. That’s Vape ink in Rockville. That was pretty neat– and I think that might be good to do at this store. 2. The second time I came in, he didn’t have any of the menthol brand liquid that I bought the first time and enjoy. Maybe just up the stock a bit on some of the flavors & nicotine levels. Overall, Sam is awesome. They’re in a great spot right on Baltimore Ave in College Park. And Sam is awesome. Customer service totally made the difference here and I will continue going to Vapin’ Time rather than the various stores that are popping up so I can support Sam and his great local business.
