I made an «appointment» to have a service tech come to assess my furnace for possible replacement. Much to my agitation, I was told a tech would be out between 12p-5p on Friday, May 23. I agreed and actually waited at my house for a tech that NEVER showed up. Not only did they not show up, they NEVER called to explain why. At 5:10pm I finally called and got the answering service because (go figure) the office was CLOSED! Mr. McCrea called me back and was absolutely clueless and NO help whatsoever. No apology… no nothing. I finally told him I would rather do business with a company that valued their customers and I moved on.
