We had a furnace problem on 12÷5÷15. Called emergency number at 8:30 am and Technician arrived around lunch time. He figured out our flame sensor was corroded and cleaned it. Fixed the problem. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate being able to get the repair done the same day. Highly recommend ADCO.

I don’t get the bad reviews on this site. It’s a shame because it’s dragging down the company unfairly. I was hesitant to hire the company based on Unilocal reviews, but knew that they did a super job on our neighbor’s system — so I went for it. And we really liked Kenny, the sales manager.
We are more than happy with EVERYONE who came to our house to service and ultimately replace our very old, on it’s last-​legs HVAC system. Couldn’t have met nicer technicians who put up with my dogs. The day of the HVAC installation went without a hitch. They cleaned everything and the installation went quickly.
And hats off to Kenny who did such a great sales call and follow-​up. Super nice and competent manager who was able to provide an additional installer to handle a system modification for us.
The price for the HVAC was extremely fair and the installers did a great job.
We never felt ripped off or felt that the installers didn’t know what they were doing.

I learned that Adco sold me a Carrier Infinity heat pump system. Instead they provided me with a Bryant. Of course, unless a homeowner understands the intricacies of heat pumps, there is little way to know this — until it is too late. When I pay for a Carrier, I don’t want a Bryant (the low end version of Carrier). As an analogy, they sold me a Lexus and I got the low end Toyota. Do not purchase a system from this company.
Even with the low-​end model, they still managed to install my heat pump incorrectly causing a fire. I’ve had other HVAC companies come to fix the unit ADCO installed and they claimed the unit was not installed «to code.» Now the coils are rusting after only 8 years due to their incorrect installation. I do not and cannot recommend this company.
