Went there for lunch with friends and it was good. We were catching up visiting so the waitress has to come back several times but she was very nice about it and didn’t rush us but also didn’t forget about us. The new wing bowl was larger than expected and delicious. The chicken pita was moist and tender. The onion rings were divine. The cheesesteak could have had more cheese and meat on it and that is the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of a 5 rating. It was very clean airy. I will definitely go back again.

Went to visit a good friend from when i was in the Army, and he said he wanted me to try this place. Food was ok not the best, the service from the waitress was the worst after taking our order, she comes up telling us that her shift was ending soon and wanted us to get the check and tip her so that the other waitresses or waiters won’t get it… sorry but if you want that tip you have to earn it not demand it. Plus I had to ask for a refill twice.

The management was TERRIBLE! I was upfront about having some dietary restrictions. I ordered a Southwestern salad(with no cheese or tortilla strips) mainly because of the avocado — because I can’t eat dressing. My salad comes with no avocado. When addressed, the waitress said that they were out. I explained that I ordered because of the avocado. We waited a very long time for our food and didn’t have the time to wait for another meal. The manager came and explained that the avocados are not ripe. He did not offer to take anything off my check. He basically had the attitude of «too bad for you.» My lunch companion’s food made her ill. Poor management.

We’ve visited a couple times since my last review. The food it generally really good for a chain. Their boneless wings are some of my favorites. Service can be hit-or-miss. The past two times dining-in we lucked out and our servers were good.

My husband and I, who live just down the street from this restaurant, have been there twice. The first time was right after it opened, and it was not a good experience. Newly opened, we decided to give them a break. Tonight we went in and ordered the Cobb Salad and an order of boneless wings. The Cobb salad arrived, by the way it cost 9.99, and it looked ok. We split the salad, and found that the ingredients were very skimpy, and the avocado was missing. When I asked the server about it, she said, «Oh ya, they ran out of avocado». I commented that i probably would of chosen something else had I known. Server just said she was sorry. The Manager came by to see how things were, and when I mentioned the missing avocado, she said, «Oh ya, we ran out of avocado yesterday». Anyone who likes a good Cobb salad knows that the avocado, the tomatoes, the eggs, the bacon and the blue cheese are what makes for a good Cobb. If the ingredients are skimpy, and one is completely missing, then it’s just a tossed salad that you paid $ 9.99 for. The boneless wings were ok, but nothing special. So, a third visit we will probably not make, as we can get wings at many other places. Disappointed… again.

This was a much needed addition to this area, and although they had a rough start, the service has been great the last several times I have been here. I think their wings are better than bdubs, and the restaurant is bigger and the atmosphere is even better. I think that this will only get better from here on out.

Stopped in while staying at the adjacent hotel next door. I went in and sat at the bar ordered 10 boneless wings in a bourbon bbq sauce as well as a beer on draft. Saw on menu suggested ask your waiter about grilled option so I did he recommended so that’s what I ordered. What a mistake. These aren’t wings in the least bit. Whole filet of chicken breast cut in half and seared then dumped in bowl of overbearing sauce. Literally the chicken was swimming in sauce to the point the only word that could come to mind to describe it to someone was chicken soup. Did not remind me of what I know as chicken wings(ie more like bites than filets). I awkwardly ate 2 – 3 bites before coming to conclusion it wasn’t going to become any more appetizing. I wanted to give it a fair shake but just was not for me. I finished my beer and asked for check. It was obvious I was displeased with the quality of food so waiter asked for me to wait and went in back room. I assumed they were going to talk to management to try and put the wings on the house or at least make me something else to go. He came back with 5 free wings coupon only good at that one location in Greendale(told him I lived 5 states away and that was a completely worthless gesture) as well as the 16 $ check. Paid for my 20 $ beer and left unsatisfied and still hungry. What a waste. Will never be back to this or any restaurant within 30 mile radius.

Just had dinner at this new location in Greendale, Indiana. Great pulled pork nachos and boneless wings. Fast and friendly service. Will come back soon for a complete dinner.

I’ve always had a standing rule about buffalo wings. I only eat them at wing places. Now I think I have a second rule. When I’m at the wing places, only order the buffalo wings. I’ve been to a few BW&R locations for wings over the years, and they have been consistently solid. Good meaty wings and great sauces every time. Tonight I thought I would throw in a side of bacon mac & cheese as a change of pace. Mistake. The bacon mac & cheese is… is… very difficult to describe. All I could really taste was pepper. Technically it was macaroni and cheese. There was macaroni in the bowl and cheese on top, and I have to assume some sort of cheese mixture that held the macaroni together. I’m not entirely sure. There were a few tiny pieces of bacon on top. I made a point to finish it off so I could enjoy the wings, which were as great as always! It took a little while for me to be served initially once I was given a table, but the server was very pleasant and checked on me regularly. For this, I bump them up to 4 stars from 3. Buffalo Wings and Rings — Great for wings. Great for crowds. Let’s leave it at that.

The guacamole was old and brown. We found a chunk of chicken in the guacamole and server said«I wonder how that got in there». Food is not very good and service leaves a lot to be desired. I have been here 3 times and each time they let me down. No reason to go back.

Very good wings and great atmosphere, if you love sports. Service was very good. I went to eat there on a Monday night. The place we packed but the service we still quick. I’ll go back.

We have needed a place like this for a very long time. Great food, cold beer and a great staff. Place has been packed since it opened a week ago. TV’s everywhere, great patio. This place is a winner…

Exactly what I expected. Owned by the same local families that own half of the businesses in the county, the Perfects(of Perfect North Slopes,) and the Maxwells. Managed by the same 3 completely UNQUALIFIED people that have run the local movie theatre, slopes, and LaRosas. I was totally not surprised at the warm draught beer, unacceptably weak mixed drinks(which Tim Doll himself, a manager, attempted to fix and failed twice more) screwed up order, sad-sized and overcooked wings, also sad-sized and overcooked shrimp appetizer, missing sauces, insanely long wait for our food, and being ignored by waitstaff. One positive, no wait to be seated when we walked in, even though we easily spent 2 ½ hours sitting at our table waiting to order, trying to get refills, and to get our food. BW3’s in Harrison has nothing to worry about. I will ALWAYS gladly drive 40 minutes over to Springdale and wait 30 minutes to get some Rooster’s wings every day of the week! Head there wing lovers! The beer, wings, and service is SOOO much better and worth your time and money! PS I’ve worked for 3 of these families establishments, so I have a bit of an idea of the bull and shenanigans that happen behind the scenes of these places. Insane.
