Ruby Tuesday

Never been to a Ruby Tuesday’s before yesterday! Our waiter was awesome and very nice. Food was great but As my husband and I both work at a steak house we thought we didn’t get much food for the price. We both had steak and left not very full. But the restaurant was clean and staff was nice.

Outstanding quality and service. Salad bar is fresh with many options. Zach the bartender was friendly and attentive. I had the New Orleans Seafood
Mild and flaky tilapia, creole-​seasoned then topped with sautéed shrimp and Parmesan cream. Served with your choice of two sides or one side paired with our Garden Bar. I would definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I went to Ruby Tuesday recently. The little buns they give you were warm, cheesy, and just enough to hold you over until dinner. We also got the salad bar which I really enjoy. They have, any options and it generally looks well maintained. Our main courses were burgers. I had the turkey bacon avocado burger that was so good!
What most impressed me was our server though. She was kind and attentive. There was a table near us with a young child who had thrown a lot of food on the ground. They were trying to clean up after the child and the waitress even showed them that they have a vacuum to handle it so they wouldn’t feel bad. We just thought she was a really great waitress.

This location is significantly better than the other restaurant on Capitol Drive, for whatever reason. Specifically: the biscuits are tasty, the salad bar is well stocked, the steaks simply taste better.
We enjoy this restaurant as it’s a place you can regularly get a steak dinner and not break the bank. It’s a place where you can go with a few friends/​family and have an enjoyable, casual meal. Sign up for their mailing list and you get regularly emailed coupons.
The salad bar is one of their better features, it offers a wide variety of toppings that are continually restocked and always taste fresh. I really enjoy the croutons that are always freshly made, and often still warm.

Salad bar is vast and fresh. Service was excellent and fast. Wife had a steak which was alittle tuff but tasty. I had ribs which were dry and overdone. Mashed potatoes were good. It was pricey forwhat you got.

It’s been a while since I have been to Ruby Tuesday. I always enjoy making myself a nice big salad at the salad bar. I will usually accompany that with one of their smaller entrée options or an appetizer.
Today I noticed they had a shrimp trio dish on their promo menu, so I couldn’t pass that up! The salad was great as usual (which it should be as you are making it yourself, lol). The trio comprised of shrimp scampi over linguine, breaded butterflied shrimp, and sweet chili shrimp. All were pretty good. Not the greatest or anything I would absolutely have to order again. I left satisfied though.

Located in front of Southridge Mall, they have one of, if not the best self service salad bars around. The burgers are good as are a few of the entrees I have had there. A little pricey but there are coupons available much of the time. Service and management have always been at least good to very good. Will likely return soon.

One of the best parts here is the fact that there are always so many coupons out there! Service is always friendly and the food is good. LOVE the salad bar!!! Get on the email mailing list for more coupons.

Good food & a great salad bar. They can be a bit on the slow side with the food, but you have a big salad bar and if you want to spend time with your other half, maybe… just talking, it’s a great place to go!

We have been here several times, it is your typical corporate style dining experience. They do have an email list which will send you coupons for buy one get one 50% off entrée. They also boast a salad bar that you can add to your meal for $ 1.99.

This RT is probably more worthy of 2−½ stars, but since that’s not an option, I’m rounding up for good measure. For some reason, I always expect the food at RT to be better than it is. As it is, it’s essentially a Chili’s, but the food is more expensive and not always as good. I’ve had the hamburger sliders — meh! Salad bar is good, but not great. They have a burger with jalapeños; it’s pretty good, but Chili’s version is better. The fully loaded mashed potatoes are marvelous as are the cheese biscuits (not sure the exact name, but they remind me of those awesome biscuits from Red Lobster). The made-​to-​order salads are also pretty good. I’ve occasionally had a drink at the bar while waiting for takeout. The drinks were always fine but, man, is it loud! I expect I’ll end up going back because it’s quick and convenient, but it could be better.

I was very pleased when Ruby Tuesday decided to open a location so close to my house. They are a go-​to place for my husband and I. The servers are very nice and do a great job of explaining the menu and specials to you.
The first thing that will be brought to your table are garlic cheddar biscuits. They are absolutely delicious! For drinks, they have $ 5 premium cocktails that you can get every day. I highly recommend the Long Island iced tea and the Mai Tai. They also have a great selection of beers, wines, and other cocktails.
As far as their entrees go, there are many things to choose from. The burgers are very good. They also have steak, seafood, ribs, pasta, and chicken entrees. On our most recent visit, I had the New Orleans Seafood, which is Tilapia with Creole seasoning, topped with sauteed shrimp and Parmesan cream. It was absolutely wonderful. My husband got his usual: the Parmesan chicken pasta. It is a Parmesan crusted chicken breast served over penne pasta that has been tossed in a Parmesan cream sauce, then covered in a tomato-​basil sauce and Swiss. I usually sample some from his plate :-) It is very tasty. I have had the Parmesan shrimp pasta in the past, which I also highly recommend. The shrimp in that dish has a bit of a kick to it, just as a warning.
If you have any room for desert, I recommend the Double Chocolate Cake. It has a molten chocolate filling and is served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and accented with a strawberry sauce.
Oh! And if you sign up for their So Connected email club, you will get great coupons sent to your email.

Great food and drinks! Our waitress was also very friendly and informative about the menu. Try their Ruby Relaxer drink– yum! The broccoli and cheese soup was also very good. The waitress even surprised my mom with a small red velvet cupcake in honor of her birthday! We didn’t tell anyone about it; just mentioned it when we received the check. Very sweet of her to go the extra mile!
Only 2 small things made me only give 4 stars. (1) Would like to see more sandwich options besides just burgers. We were there for lunch and they don’t have a lunch menu. Sometimes you want a sandwich that isn’t a burger. (2) Their chicken and broccoli with sauce dish use to be a little smaller. This is jut my wish for many restaurants to offer half-​plate size options or at least smaller options during lunch. Then maybe I would have room for that dessert or appetizer.

It was ok, about what youd expect at a chain. Bright spot was the salad bar which was only 1.99. Our entrees were good but nothing spectacular.
Price was pretty reasonable. Service was great, atmosphere was nice and clean.

Outstanding salad bar– great variety, very fresh, neat, well serviced. A vegetarian could easily get by with just the salad bar. The main menu is great, but with more interest in non-​meat items, it would have been nice to have at least a veggie burger option. Back to the salad bar: I wish the croutons were crunchy– instead of diced dark pumpernickel bread. A small distraction to a great salad bar. Service– great

I’ll start by saying I could eat the bisquits by the truckload and the garden bar is a great deal with a plethora of produce to choose from. I had a «new» item — Southern Style Chicken Strips and Ribs. The ribs were well cooked and tender with the perfect amount of a sweet/​spicy sauce. The chicken strips were horribly dry and overcooked. My dining guest had the chicken parmesan. Nice sauce and the pasta was cooked well. The chicken was, again, dry and overcooked. And ego uses Swiss cheese for chicken parmesan.
The service was great — fast, friendly and accomidating. The décor, however nice, does NOT match the menu.

Steak and lobster were little salty to my taste but great. I shouldn’t expect too much out of $ 19 entrée.

Your typical Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar is pretty good, I usually get that and then the petite steak with mash potatoes. They never let your drink get below half without a refill. Great place!

Typical chain — been trying to be more «upscale». It has a nice décor and the bruch is all right too.
I like the fish entrees and hubs usually gets steaks, but the sandwiches are good too.
