They are very quick and you don’t have to wait long, however they will be rude to you if you don’t like their suggestions of things to add to your sandwhich. And heaven forbid you get soup and a 6 inch sub instead of the meal deal. I havefound if you go midmorning or early afternoon (before 2) they have very fresh veggies. After 2 or 3 they don’t look or taste that great.

Customer service at this location in south ridge mall was below average. The «sandwich artist» did not have much of a personality. I didn’t expect him to be super enthusiastic either but it just seem from a customers point of view that he didn’t really want to be there. Not much of a charm to visit a store restaurant with an employee who has no customer service skills to keep customers coming back. Other than the little cold attitude the sandwich was your typical subway. Eat fresh leave satisfied minus the attitude especially at this location. No subway for me from this one anyway. Cousins I’ll be coming back to you for my subway cravings!
