I consistently give this salon another chance. Unfortunately there’s only 2 salons in town and between the 2 this is the better of them. Although… Many times I’ve gone between this salon and another in Hadley and get harassed about where I went last time if it wasn’t here. I feel like saying back«who cares? I’m paying!» My last two visits were horrible. 1. I went in for a full set(they only offer acrylic and no gel!) the nails themselves looked nice but my polish was awful. I sat at the drying lamp for 30 mins and the polish never dried. I had to leave I was late to my own baby shower. Hours later I could still put imprints in the polish, it remained«gloppy». So the next day I went to another salon and has my nails repainted for $ 8. 2. I came in for a fill, cut down and manicure. My hands were never soaked in the water, never were massaged with lotion & on top of it all my cuticles were a bloody mess! My nails do not have a symmetrical shape at all. He used the electric shaver/filer under my nails and they bled there too! My fingers still hurt & they look bad! I am livid. I chose this salon because they’re clean but I think I’d rather have no nails then deal with the pain I’m currently in!!!

I went for both manis and acrylics a few years ago and they did a terrible job, multiple times. But I decided to try again since places do improve and I am happy to give almost anyone another try. A couple months ago I called to get a gel fill, and was told they don’t do gels. Last week my friend wanted to go there to get her acrylics filled, so I decided to go and see how their pedicures were. I was turned off because apparently you cannot make an appointment, if there is a wait you can’t leave and come back, they won’t hold your place. So we decided to wait, but it wasn’t very long, and we didn’t mind. The pedicure was really lovely. My other friend had said they do the best massages, and she was right. That was my favorite! The only problem is, they got polish on my cuticles. She painted in kind of a fast, sloppy manner, but they LOOK fine, except for the cuticles. I wish they could be more careful with the polish part but everything else was lovely. UPDATE: Decided to try them for an acrylic fill. They did a sloppy, quick job. There was polish all over my cuticle, and I had to refile my nails myself at home because they weren’t even and not done correctly.

This is the cleanest nail salon in Greenfield hands down! They do a great job, and are efficient. The business is run by a husband and wife. I call Tran, the owner, the nail whisper, as I have soft, brittle nails and he knows just how to take care of them. Did I mention how clean they are? I’ve been a regular customer for over 4 years and hope to continue to be for many years to come.

It’s not great. I’ve heard a lot of good things about this Nail Salon so a friend of mine and I went here to get manis and pedis. THEGOODSTUFF — The two owners are nice and will talk and joke with you during your visit, but not too much. Extra care is taken with their equipment. Everything is wiped down, scrubbed and washed between each use. Other local salons don’t even change the water between pedicures — Ew! My toenails looked really good and didn’t chip for nearly a month. THEBADSTUFF — The woman doing my pedicure was extremely rough and fast when massaging my calves. I’m not a person who is extremely sensitive when it comes to my legs. Strong pressure in the wrong places, just plain hurts. She spent a lot of time on my shin and it did not feel good. I had to redirect her TWICE. My mani was crap. They had a weird almost matte like finish that doesn’t look as good as it sounds. There were also, tiny sections of my nails that had no color and lots of air bubbles throughout. I was so upset with them I didn’t want to bother asking for it to be fixed. Despite my visit, the same friend convinced me to go back three weeks later. She said it was just bad luck and this place really is the best. I decided to be simple this time. I wanted them to remove my acrylics and do a quick manicure. No fill or anything fancy. They cut all the nails off, filed them a bit, then preceded to paint over them. Problem is, there was still glue on my nails. I asked them about it and the girl sort of scoffed at me, removed the two nails she’d already painted and tried getting the glue off. The glue was only partially off those two first nails before she quickly painted the rest and shooed me over to the drying station before I could say a word. Again, I was too fed up to deal with it. I may or may not have just had bad luck but I’m know for sure I will never go back. My advise it to be crystal clear about what you want and make sure you leave happy otherwise you’re just wasting your money.

Best of the walk-in salons in Greenfield. Husband and wife team. Clean equipment, kind attention, best value!
