Just okay service and not overly friendly. I ordered a coffee and dozen donuts. Why is it that New England loves DD? How can donuts made fresh daily taste stale at 9 am and become hockey pucks by 6 am the following morning? I understand brand loyalty and the fact that they are a local company. Isn’t it time to say enough is enough with the high prices and low quality? If you want to support local, try Adams Donuts. Far better quality, flavor and selection. They will be have you saying bye Felicia to the the double D’s.

Had to deal with rude staff multiple times here. A few months ago a girl was so incredibly rude in the drive thru, I’ve avoided going back and I go to McDonald’s instead if I want iced coffee. She was absolutely over the top rude for no reason. My coffee usually came out fine, but I can’t deal with employees with an attitude problem. It’s happened a couple of times, I’m sure if it was just once I could deal with it and forget about it. There are a couple of nice people there too, and they deserve to be recognized.

Always very quick and what separates this Dunkin’ Donuts from others, for me, is the customer service. At the end of the day, this is still just another D&D, but there’s certainly nothing terribly wrong with here. If you are driving by, and need a coffee, I wouldn’t say veer away.

Until very recently DD has been my goto for my morning coffee and bagel. However they have done away with the two cream cheese choices I have on my bagel. I will be seeking other places to get my morning bagel. They do still have the best coffee in Greenfield on the overnight shift.

This DD is in a good location. Its also a pretty big one so has some varied and nice seating, which people were using comfortably. The fan in the restroom is the loudest ever, but the room was clean. Busy drive thru. Easy parking.

Since the last time I updated my review for this particular Dunkin’ Donuts there have been a lot of improvements across the board. The first is that the staff here has become more professional and polite. Before it would be a stretch if you got a good morning but now staff seems more engaged. Another improvement is that the morning drive thru line is quicker. There are still some of days here and there were things are a bit slow, but overall it runs smoothly. The other great thing is that there coffee is now more consistent and better prepared. Before you would get a coffee with coffee all over the lid which was a mess, but now those experiences are few and far between. In the end, this will continue to be my morning go to coffee shop. I am excited that things have gone in a positive direction and I will continue to come here every morning.

The service is unbelievably slow whether you go inside our through the poorly set up drive thru. Compared to other stores in the area the coffee just tastes off. Bagels are hit or miss add to whether they are toasted properly or the proper amount of cream cheese is out on them.
