I stopped by this store in the morning before I had to be at work to confirm some sales information. I seen that they had a deal to give $ 100 credit towards an Xbox one with the trade in of a 150GB or greater Xbox 360. I had a 4GB model that I had upgraded to a 320GB. I wanted to confirm that this machine was eligible for the deal before deleting all my years of hard work in the form of game saves in preparation of trading it in. I explainined fully that it was not a stock hard drive but an aftermarket drive and the clerk confirmed that it was eligible. I left work an hour early to ensure that I had enough time to erase the drive and make it to the shop before close. At the store a woman by the name of Raven explained that my machine was not eligible for the trade in even though the other clerk stepped up and told here that he told me it was eligible earlier that day. This basically put me in a position to either go home with my old system minus any previous game progress or buy a used system without the trade in deal. I was obviously upset with this fact that the rep at the store refused to make this situation right since their staff informed me incorrectly resulting in the loss of data. I will take my gaming business next door to Walmart from now on. Since this incident I have purchased a new headset, media remote, rechargeable controller docking station and several games next door at Walmart and as much as I hate to say this, I had a better experience at Walmart.

Best game stop anywhere. The employees that work here know everything there is about gaming. You can have any question and they have the right answer. The store is very nice laid out. The employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Always easier to stop at game stop then anywhere else if you need a game especially this one at this location.
