Payless Shoe Source

Had to make a last minute run to Payless got to the store about 5 minutes before they where closing.
I know I was there at a inconvenient time for the one employee but if they are open until 9 then there hours should be till 8:55 pm if they don’t want anyone coming in. When I walked in the only thing I heard from the one employee girl there was we close in 5 minutes. No hi no how may I help you. It was a repeat we close in 5 minutes.
I knew exactly what I wanted and was out in less then 2 minutes. But I could tell I was not welcome in the store because I was there at her inconvenience.
The selection of shoes is great but the quality is cheap. I was asking if I could return a pair of shoes or exchange them because the shoe was separating from the sole and my son had gotten them in July of 2015 and now it is December of 2015 and they are worn beyond use.
I asked if we could exchange she snarled and said I have never heard this before we close in five minutes and if you want to come back tomorrow you can ask my manager. But we close in 5 minutes. That was her response.
Next day went back the person working was much better. She said to bring them back and I did and she fixed everything.
I have gave a extra star because the next day the girl was a lot nicer and knew what she was talking about.
