Verlo Mattress Factory

Again as in the past I have only had the best experience with Verlo and also greatly appreciated that they are a local company that builds the mattress right at the Greenfield store.
It was a less than a week before Xmas this year and I needed a new mattress because we were having holiday guests and needed an extra bed. The shopping experience was all that can be asked for, knowledge staff and no pressure. We were told not just about new mattresses but that old mattresses can be totally rebuild for a fraction of the cost. I had already compared prices so knew the price point. Verlo is competitive with other high end mattresses. The mattress we got was one with springs and foam and it is perfect which I believe can be directly related to guidance of staff.
Day after our purchase I saw an add for free pillows with purchase of high end bed at Verlo. Even though the ad said it did not apply to mattresses already purchased I contacted our sales person and they immediately agreed to provide two free pillows.
I would recommend Verlo and the Greenfield factory store to anyone who wants a high quality produce and a great shopping experience. And don’t for get about the potential rebuild of an existing mattress.

Words almost allude me with how wonderful I think Verlo is.
About a year ago, we had a coupon for 2 free pillows from the Marcus Theatres, who also own Verlo. We went to the showroom-​looked around, tried (more like drooled over the beds) a few and put it in the back of our mind that our next bed would be a Verlo.
Enter the «comfort coach».
They made us aware that we could «rehab» our present mattress for a fraction of the price. Something to keep on the back burner.
Fast forward a year. They came and picked up the bed, and the following day, I went in for a «fitting» and a day later, I have a very similar bed, for a fraction of the price. Total time spent-​3 days. This is a hidden secret and if you want to share, please do, because our new bed is absolutely heavenly…
Thank you Verlo. Everyone was top notch from the original «Comfort Coaches» to the delivery crew. Even the tracker where the delivery folks are is spot on. Posting this on FACEBOOK NOW.

Grat customer service, if you have a problem they really work with you; great communication. They fixed our bed to our liking.
