This is a nice little gift shop on battleground. In my opinion, this is the place to shop for greeting cards because they have the best selection in town. It also helps that it is right by several department stores including Kohl’s, which is in the same shopping center, The place is pleasant and charming looking. The staff here are also good. They also have a ton of gifts as well which are a little overpriced but you can find them on sale on occasion.

Just an excellent store with really nice, pleasant folks working here. Sometimes I get lazy and grab a greeting card from the grocery store rack, but this is the place to come — so much choice, such a nice shopping experience. I almost always end up buying two cards for the occasion because there are always so many that say what you want.

Had interactions with three separate female employees, including who I believe was an assistant manager. None were helpful, all had attitudes, and out of the three, nobody knew how to find the price of an item I found in their store. I know it’s the Christmas season, but during my midweek visit, there were only four other shoppers in the store, so I wasn’t trying to monopolize their time. It was a simple question, as none of this particular brand was priced, even though they carried a few dozen items in this line. After a 45 minute process, I finally left my other items on the counter and walked down to Kohl’s, where the same item was on sale! If the item has been there long enough to gather a top coat of dust, the price should be marked, right? I just was not impressed by any of the employees, their attitudes, or ability to find out a price. If I had bought the item at the wrong price, they have a 15 day return policy. But, taped right beside it, it said I had til January 15th to return the item. When asked which would apply, I was told the 15 day policy. I further asked what the January 15th policy applied to, and they could not answer that, either. So, if I had bought it, they said it would take a month or so to contact the vendor for the correct price, but I wouldn’t be able to get a price adjustment because they said it was past the 15 day policy, even though they are the ones that could not get the correct price. Needless to say, I was frustrated, and glad I found the item elsewhere, so that I did not have to support that Hallmark store.
