I went on my vacation for a basic mani/​pedi and that kind of what my expectation was. They went above and beyond for sure! The manicure and the pedicure were amazing. I can say even when I do my own nails that I am super OCD when it comes to the polish job. When I was finished here I inspected my nails and couldn’t find one drop out of place and they were filed straight which always seems to be a problem at nail salons. The prices were good too. A mani/​pedi with shellac and a tip was $ 70. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Visited the spa for my homegirls weeding. Had a facial and a massage. Both of the girls who helped me were great. I would so recommend visiting this location.

My coworker and I went to get our nails done one day after work. We came in about 40 minutes before they closed. They didn’t seem all that pleased that we were there, but said to sit down and they’d be with us soon. It was about 25 minutes before they got started with us. They rushed through the service and didn’t even let our nails dry 100% before they were pushing us out the door. I guess they wanted to go home? I think 40 minutes before closing is not an unreasonable time to show up and I expect to get the same service I would get at any other time of day. Also, if it was a problem, all they had to do was say so. we could have gone to the nail place that’s two doors down. Paint on nails were chipping in two days. I expect that if i have my natural nails painted. But paint on acrylics should last MUCH longer than that, I’ve never had it chip after two days.
The kicker was when I tried to use a $ 5 off coupon for my nail service. I got acrylics. First she tried to tell me that it was only for gels, when I pointed out that it included acrylics she started stammering and said «oh no. that’s only for if you spend like. like $ 40.» It said NOTHING about a minimum spend on the coupon. But you know, whatever. I paid full price but I will NOT be going back and I will surely not be recommending them.

It was mother and daughters day and we went to Sorella Spa. Everything was just perfect. My twins girls got the spa manicure and they were please because Sorella treated them like princesses. I got a massage, facial and the manicure. I was so relaxed when they were done with me. Dee and Keena gave me the royal treatment. I will come back here every chance I have.
