The prices were great; however, it sucks they do not honor college student discounts like competitor theaters(which are much nicer on the inside). The theater was very«homey» and provided a bit of nostalgia but I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a date or anything.

We love going here for movies. It’s comfortable and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Went here one time. OMG the seats are uncomfortable. Left with a sore back. On the way to chiropractor now! The place smells funny and looks worse. You will want to shower when done watching a movie here. I was embarrassed to take someone there. Never again. Pay more and go ANYWHERE else!!!

Just a typical movie theatre, there isn’t anything special about it. I appreciate it because it is very close to where I sty in Greensboro and is easy to get to. They offer average seating, snacks and drinks. Like I said, nothing special. If you do plan on coming here, make sure you are ready to see in the dark. There are no lights on the floor or anywhere for you to see. As in you can’t find your seats, much less the aisle.

I used to go to this theatre all the time years ago. I was slightly reluctant to watch Avengers Age of Ultron here, as there are newer theatres in the area. The last big movie I saw at a local theatre was Transformers in 2014. I saw Transformers at the state of the art Paladium, but the sound was up way too loud. I was very pleasantly surprised by Brassfield. It was very clean, nice matinée price and the digital 3D theatre we watched Avengers in had fantastic video quality, 3D and great sound. Plus, we all got to leave with our hearing undamaged. I will take th family back again soon.

It’s not the nicest theater in town, but they make up for it by having cheaper tickets.

It’s not as shiny as it use to be or as new as the others in town but it’s still a nice movie house. Clean bathrooms, clean theater good selection of goodies, drinks and food and Parking is ample. Can’t ask for more than that!

Like a previous reviewer this also used to be THE place to go when I was a kid. However it has been out shadowed by new theaters that are up to date with the latest technology and comfort(and cleanliness). They should make this the new $ 2 theater for the west side of town seeing there isn’t one in that side of Greensboro.

The Brassfield theaters used to be the place to go, especially when I was in high school. I could ride my bike there, there were plenty of places to get lunch and there was even a Ham’s nearby. My how times have changed. With the glut of new theaters popping up all over Greensboro, Brassfield has been resigned to second-class citizenry. It’s more dilapidated, it doesn’t have the hottest movies and that flashy marquee that looked all hip back in the early 90s isn’t so, well, hip anymore. It’s not a bad place to watch a movie, but I can’t really tell you how long that sticky stuff on the floor has been there(probably since I was sneaking in to see Men in Black nine times in high school — hey, I had a friend who worked there. And I really liked that movie).
