It is fast food, so the food is food, and it’s the same food everywhere. The review is about the speed of service. I know that it is not necessarily the restaurant’s fault that the store has high volume traffic. Similarly, it could be a sign that this particular Chick-fil-a is top of the line. However, it is beyond frustrating, especially for someone who doesn’t eat hardly any fast food, that any time I go the lines, both inside and out, are outrageously long. I sat in the drive thru last night at 8:30 p.m. for 15 minutes before I got my food. About a month ago, I tried to go for breakfast at 7:10 — 7:15 and the line was already 15 cars deep, and the inside was equally as long. I just wish there was a remedy to the constant wait, even at non-peak times. I don’t ever try to go there at lunch. Now, the people are generally fine and have that over-the-top customer service. I’ve never had bad service in terms of the actual people helping when they get to me.

Couldn’t ask for an all around better business. It always surprises me at their willingness to help cater to families. I have a small infant and the fact that they offer sticky table place-mats, cheerios and bring your food to the table for you is such a help and delight each time i am there! The establishment is always clean and well maintained. Another treat is when it is pouring rain and they meet you at your car and walk you to /from with an umbrella! love this place!

Worst Chick Fil A service ever! The main reason I go to Chick-fil-A for their exceptional customer service. Not this store! Waited in the Drive-Thru line for 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, it takes another good 4 minutes to get my food. The girl hands me a bag overloaded with food while looking in the opposite direction, the bag rips and dumps 4 orders of fries into my lap and inside my car. I expect this if I go to McDonald’s but not Chick-fil-A. Takes another 5 minutes to get fresh fries. I get home and there are 2 packages of ketchup for 4 orders and no straws.

Have gone here for years and always been a fan, not anymore. For awhile now it has been going down hill, but nothing compared to what we experienced tonight. The service was horrendous. Go somewhere else if you are in friendly center. There are many places that are just as affordable menues with better food, and you won’t have to experience 30 people behind one bar trying to pretend they are working. We saw at least 3 managers on duty… they should be ashamed.

Hard not to like Chick-fil-A. Decent food and the best service in fast-food. I’m always impressed with the friendliness of their staff as well as the efficiency they work at. On our visit today the place was mobbed both inside and out. A total zoo. Yet, the staff remained friendly and calm and systematically took orders and delivered food to tables. I know this sounds trivial, but few businesses deliver this level of customer service anymore.

Chick-fil-A impresses me each time I go, regardless of location. This location is in Friendly Shopping Center. I came today at about 5:30 and talk about a freaking zoo. This one is the evil twin of the Wendover location. Busy inside and out. The entrance from Pembroke was a steady line. This initially turned me off and I was tempted go somewhere else for time reasons. I made the right decision by staying. What impressed me? The same thing that always impresses me. Service, food, you name it. I did the drive through and as mentioned before, the turn in from Pembroke had a line formed as well as the entire perimeter of the joint with people doing the drive through. Chick-fil-A had a system in place where three employees were taking orders as you waited in line. They had touch screen tablet type things and they walked to each car in line and took orders. It was super fast and very efficient. Customers paid and received food at the actual window like normal. The system I guess kept the time down as people didn’t have to sit and wait for the usual«can I take your order» BS that normally occurs through the speaker thing. This was bypassed altogether. The line moved and what would have taken maybe 20 minutes elsewhere took less than five. Fast food was actually fast. ^I frequent the Wendover/Lanada location and I will ask if they can do the touch screen thing too. Upon reaching the window, I was pleasantly surprised at the number of employees behind the counter working. I counted 13 from what I could see from my car. I bet there were more, but I wasn’t there long enough to really get a good number. They got me out quick. I think the person who manages the place should receive some kind of pat on the back. This person obviously knew when peak times were and employed enough staff to manage the situation. Sure this costs money on labor etc., but I would much rather pay a penny more to have a great experience. Someone gets it. I don’t have to mention what places don’t. But you get a «thank you» from me. Not one employee seemed miserable and this is something Chick-fil-A seems to get from store to store. I got the same«my pleasure» courtesy and cheerfulness that I get at every location. So management is evidently training and treating their employees well. The volume and zoo-ness didn’t bother them. The food is the same awesomeness that Chick-fil-A always is. It speaks for itself. I get tired of reviewers who claim to not review fast food or chain type places(when they really do). I also get tired of reading that«I don’t give 5 stars to a fast food/chain» for the simple fact that it is just that. You don’t have to be a mom and pop place that serves gourmet food. I think it is safe to say people spend more money here on places like this than the previously mentioned. People go to these places more than not as evident by the number of locations and volume of customers. So, why would you *not* tell people about it? There are reasons a chain is a chain. I believe places like Chick-fil-A deserve attention when they do stuff right. They did it right today. Thank you for paying attention to details and providing a great experience.

Chick Fil A is always a great place to eat at. The staff are always pleasant to interact with and will help you with all of your wants and needs. They will deliver your food to your seat and accommodate you as if it were an upperclass dining facility. One thing that surprised me was the discount they give uniformed military personnel. Half off a meal is unheard of! No other company honors military people like them. It just proves that this company cares for the people it serves and is not just wanting your money.

Chick-fil-A is already one of the best fast food chains to ever exist. That’s already been established. But this Chik-fil-A is one of my favorite locations to visit for several reasons. They have wonderful customers service for starters! Even though there is a line wrapped all the way around the building at several points throughout the day, they still have great service and get people through at an astonishing rate. You definitely shouldn’t be waiting to long for your food if you come here. The atmosphere at Chick-fil-A is something that I can tell they have worked very hard on. The interior of this location(along with many of their other locations) looks fantastic and is a great place to eat in. The food is also pretty phenomenal, especially for fast food! It is always really fresh and tastes fantastic. I definitely have to recommend this location for fantastic food if you are in a hurry or for a place to eat great food and sit with family and friends.

Busiest chickfila ever, but even if the drive thru is wrapped around the building(everyday at noon) they manage to have great service. And I don’t think I have to review the food. It’s chickfila. ;)

This Chick-Fil-A certainly know how to please the guests from outstanding customer service to dojo’s that is always fresh. I choose to dine in because they are superb in the fact that they check on the guests and even grab drink refills for you. They even offer complimentary mouth wash in the restroom. Who else does that?!

This is my favorite location in Greensboro. The staff is always great, the food is always great, and the location is always clean. They are very attentive as well, making sure you have everything, refilling your drinks from the table side, and checking to make sure your visit is great!

I have always loved Chick-Fil-A nuggets(to me, the BEST fast food nuggets around) and, of course, their waffle fries! However, I have only recently discovered breakfast at Chick-Fil-A. I’ve tried a couple of their breakfast items and am particularly fond of the breakfast burrito and the bagel sandwich. Yes, I admit that, at first, the idea of fried chicken on a tortilla with eggs, cheese, and salsa seemed a little odd to me. But, after one taste, I was sold. I’ve also tried the sausage variety as well(the same combo but with sausage instead of chicken), and it’s great, too. The burritos are also large(about 1⁄3 or so larger than the McDonald’s breakfast burrito, which I like as well). In fact, for me, the burrito shell is too big, and I end up tearing a little off of each end(mostly just to reduce the calories). Chick-Fil-A’s tater-tot-like hash browns are just okay for me. I prefer the larger patty style that McDonald’s serves. I’d rather just have Chick-Fil-A’s waffle fries if I’m craving potatoes. At any rate, if you haven’t checked out breakfast at Chick-Fil-A, I recommend you do so. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
