We have been seeing Dr Dolan for years and we LOVE him! His is in it for the people, very honest and wonderful. However, Janet, his long time assistant is very rude and curt. When we needed two different emergency appointments, she wouldn’t help us. She accused our daughter of lying when she told us she couldn’t see the board at school, and made us wait a month for the appt. Then wouldn’t even try to schedule the other, so we had to go somewhere else. While we love Dr Dolan, we have moved on, rather than continually deal with Janets rudeness.
