Some friends and I went to this place yesterday and we truly did enjoy our time there, but we only stayed there for a short while. The place definitely needs to really refocus its efforts. The drinks are way over priced compared to all the other spots downtown. There was only one tv which was playing WNBA instead of football (they should know more people would be interested in that and it would be more inviting to play something more people would be interested in) and very little entertainment besides the one guy and his friends who joined us in conversation. I hear that the food is good but we were just there for drinks. It was pretty empty… I saw people walk in and literally walk back out. I see what they’re trying to do there… they’re trying to attract a black professional crowd but in Greensboro, black professionals still want to go to a more inviting venue. We went to a spot down the street afterwards and had a ball… good music, cheaper drinks and tons of people… including other black professionals.
