Greensboro, NC
Small store compared to other Old Navy stores I have been to. Even though I’m not a fan off the branding on every shirt they sell, I do generally like their pants. This store was a disappointment because the men’s clothing section was a single corner in the back of store.

High Point, NC
Although I am not a major shopper, I have always had pleasant experiences at this affordable location. For starters, this store is open until 10:00pm Saturdays, which is better than the standard 9:00 closings at most retail chains. Associates are always willing to offer assistance and seem to enjoy their jobs. Items are neatly re-​stocked and well-​arranged throughout the store. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the Old Navy in Seattle has a larger selection of clothes, and a second floor. Then again, Seattle is a bigger city, so perhaps this is to be expected.

The customer service here leaves something to be desired. The place wasn’t as clean as I would like. The clothes are good clothes and the prices are cheaper than most. What can I say. I do have an issue with all the branding. I understand it but I don’t want to be a walking bill board.
