Sephora

Decided to pop in to get some origins product here since the other retail store I had planned on getting them at didn’t have a origins rep at the time. the whole staff of Sephora was welcoming and friendly. A sales associate walked with me to the Origins area and showed me the various products they offered. She also let me feel the different types of moisturizers that they had. Not once did she try to pressure me into buying anything or try to upsale me things. I really appreciated that the most and respect Sephora for that. Also the way they package ur purchases up is a nice jesture! will be a continuing customer of there’s!

I’m not that kind of girl. I know ZERO when it comes to makeup. It was intimidating for to walk in and see all these beautiful ladies working there, perfectly made up. The young lady by the name of Zee, was more than willing to educate me, match up my tones, and she showed me how and what order to apply the items. We keep it all within the sephora line so my pockets weren’t crying afterwards. I didn’t feel so awkward after our encounter. Great store… great people!

Really pushy employees. I am a self-​serve customer. If I need help I will ask for it. I absolutely cannot stand to be hovered over while I’m deciding what to purchase. Sephora in general is great, but I would much rather buy from Ulta. Every Sephora I’ve been in is unnecessarily warm from the lighting they use. Honestly, it makes me not want to shop there because I can feel my makeup melting off of my face.

If I could rate it a Zero I would. Review is based on the customer service. I love the Sephora brand however this particular location as well as this shopping center seems to think everyone steals when they come in. I don’t like to be harassed when i shop. When I come in speak and let me shop, i will come to you when i need help. I am from DC the land of snootiness and whenever I go into ANY store Nordstrom, Barney’s Coop, Sax’s, and others superb shopping experience.

Lots of good makeup and perfume. Lots of good help. Located in the heart of Friendly Shopping Center.
Got in trouble for taking pics and posting them on Unilocal but it was too late to take them back so «sorry» had to suffice.
Prices are descent and the selection is good. Easy to navigate especially since you aren’t having to run around in a major department store.

I’ve never been to a Sephora or any such store until today. I know next to nothing about the makeup world and thought I may be a little intimidated going in. Not so!
The staff was super nice and checked on me periodically as I wandered around the store wide-​eyed. I decided I was going to splurge on a lipstick and asked one of the artists for recommendations. She listed off brands by what I was looking for and even explained each brand by feel and longevity of the product. Amazing customer service!

Ohhhh I have a love affair with Sephora. It’s the kind of store I could walk around in for an hour and do major damage! This store is located inside Friendly Center, which is an outdoor mall for those of you from out of town. Its in the old section of Friendly Center, which has been recently renovated. The store is beautiful inside. You are always greeted right at the door when you arrive. If you are looking for something specific, one of the employees can always take you straight to what you are looking for.
Sephora carries many high end lines of cosmetics. My favorites are Urban Decay, NARS, and Too Faced. Sephora themselves have a very good quality line of products that you should try out. The eye shadows are really nice.
I’ve never been disappointed with getting assistance matching my foundation color to my skin from help from one of the makeup artists. The makeup artists have also shown me some really cool tricks. They not only carry makeup but also have a nice fragrance selection as well as skin care products.
The only downside to this store is the price. All of the products are super expensive. The way I see it, all cosmetics are pretty pricy. I would rather pay a little bit more than drugstore quality makeup for high end stuff that is really good quality and lasts a LONG time. Just make sure you have a budget on how much to spend and follow it!
