Geico asked me where I wanted my car repaired after it was involved in a collision in Greensboro. I didn’t know any places so I said «wherever» and this is where my Mazda ended up. Apparently the damage was much more serious than the original estimate because it took almost 7 weeks to complete the repairs, but Regional dealt with all the back and forth with Geico and kept us appraised of the delays. And when my 30 days of rental car coverage elapsed and the repairs still weren’t done, Regional picked up the tab for my remaining weeks of rental. Plus, they are apparently partnered up with Enterprise so I was able to just leave the rental car at Regional when I picked up my car. The staff was friendly and courteous even though we kept them there late on a Friday night. Highly recommend this place if you’re unfortunate enough to be involved in a collision or accident.

This provider was contacted using State Farm /​Road America Motor Club for roadside assistance. Upon the initial call I was quoted a tow within the hour only to find out after the fact it would be 90 mins or longer. It did take actually 96 mins to get here. Just to have a rude tow driver get here with another vehicle on the rollback and a passenger (young boy possibly family member?) I greeted the driver as he came back preparing to hook my car. His response was «I hope you have a ride man, I told them I ain’t no taxi service.» This about set me off so I told him well I wish someone would have told me I would be needing a ride before I sat here for the last 96 mins. So I advised him to leave and I would contact Road America and advise them he could not provide service. The driver walked off with a smart remark telling his passenger to «come on let his ass sit here for another hour». Some of the most unprofessional egregious behavior I have ever seen in my life. Your company doesn’t deserve to do business with Road America Motor Club simply because your drivers lack either the ability or will to give decent customer service. A «sorry it took so long to get here» would have been nice but no you wanted to be a dick and try and call to tell them you couldn’t take me home. Wow such poor service I would never do business with you and I promise to tell everyone I know how bad your business is when it comes to the customer.

I needed a tow in the rain and these guys responded within the hour with a friendly driver. Didn’t have body work or collision repair, just a breakdown. Helped me out of a pinch.

I have been to Regional Auto Center three times. I found it because Geico recommended them. They are a top notch place that does great work. My vehicles tend to get vandalized a lot, partly due to where I live and partly due to crazy ex girlfriends that think that is the way to make a point. Anyway, every time they have fixed my vehicles, they did a stellar job. The only thing that made me not know that it even happened in the first place was the paint smell, which isn’t their fault and dissipates over time. They match the factory paint to a tee. They are very friendly and helpful and they have an Enterprise rental car place in the same building. It’s very convenient. Even if I didn’t have Geico, I would go back to this place. They know what they are doing and they do it fast.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. I’ve had 2 repairs done by them, including a tricky paint blending on an older vehicle. Both looked great. Recently, I had someone «ding» the door on my brand new automobile. I filed an insurance claim and went to Regional to get it fixed. The guy said, «let me try this first» and used a polishing compound to remove the paint that had scrapped off the other person’s car door (the one who dinged my car). He then gave me a referral to a PDR (paintless dent removal) company that Regional uses. The other day, the PDR technician took out the dent and you’d never know it had ever occurred. It cost me $ 75 (since my deductible is $ 100), but I am very pleased.
