Being smaller than a standalone store, this Sephora obviously has a somewhat more limited selection than the main Sephora store in the mall. However they do still have a lot of products and have always had what I was looking for in stock. The employees at this location do not seem to care whether they sell you anything or not. Sometimes this can actually be a relief because the standalone Sephora store employees are constantly down your throat trying to sell you stuff. This is a good location to go if you just want to browse and try out some new products without being bothered, but if you need assistance go to the main store. I will also say I cannot imagine the testers in this location are sanitary whatsoever. I have never seen an employee helping a customer to try anything out, or cleaning the tester when they’re done. I would not use any tester products in this location on my face without sanitizing them first as people are constantly just using them on themselves and putting them back.

Excellent assistance from the staff although she seemed to be all by herself, she made an amazing effort to get everyone taken care of tonight, 4÷2÷15. Just sorry I didn’t get the young lady’s name.

This Sephora location is inside JCPenney’s on the lower level, pretty much in the middle of the store. I feel like the only downside to «Sephora in JCPenney’s» is that their selection is nowhere near as good as stand-alone Sephora stores. My favorite brand that this Sephora carries is Urban Decay… they always have great quality products. I’ve had mixed experiences with the staff at this Sephora. On one occasion, they were really nice and helpful, but most recently I felt like my presence wasn’t even noticed. I will still shop here because of the convenience factor. The bigger/more nice Sephora store is pretty much across town from where I normally am.
