First impression was completely terrible, employees had a conversation about when they could take off, switch shifts etc while ignoring me(I was the only customer at the time) I then recieved a «what you want», took me completely off guard and honestly made me want to walk out the door. Unfortunately it was 9:30 and I was ready to get to my hotel. They prepped for closing too much, having sauces and meats out of the cooler so I felt even more uneasy. I completed my order with no help from the sandwich artist while she put extremely too much condiments on my sandwich and failed to greet the family who walked in behind me. Left without a thank you or have a nice night. As I was leaving i heard a rude«can’t hear you» directed towards the gentleman behind me. A rude employee ruins an experience, especially with Jimmy Johns right down the road!

I was looking for a quick pick up, took 25 minutes to take and process our order. There were 2 people in front of us when we arrived. Employees walked away at times. When my sandwich was made and I was about to pay, she had to ask me what it was… even though she just made it. I know it’s Subway, but I expected a little more quality.

Walked in and the employees looked like they hated their lives… However they opened their mouths and delivered top notch customer service accompanied with a smile. The area seemed slightly sketchy but I’ve been back numerous times because I like the happy heartfelt conversation of those who work there! I do business at least once a month(even though I have a subway much closer to my home) good people and good service!

Small but convenient. Pleasant service. Standard Subway experience, but in a somewhat sketchy area. It may be worth noting that one of the windows was broken in a pattern suspiciously resembling a bullet hole. I was there at least a year ago so it’s probably fixed now though.
