I have no complaints with the Bed Gallery. I was told it is in new management so negative reviews do not probably reflect new owner. I had to get my $ 2600 Simmons replaced after 8 years. I submitted a claim and emailed lots of pictures to the owner who followed through. In about two weeks I had a replacement. If the owner had not been honest and committed I would still have a saggy mattress. And I would probably be having to get a new one. Simmons stood behind its guarantee

The owner made some comments about my review and they were not true. I would have been happy with a replacement, but one wasn’t offered. This event happened several years ago so I’m surprised he could remember so far back. I still believe this is not an honest dealer and would suggest you go elsewhere.
