My high school class arranged to have Christine and her ice cream truck, «Snowflake,» be on campus for our 20th reunion this past weekend. Such a great decision. She arrived early and bought lots of great frozen treats with her. ALL the kids(and the adults!) enjoyed the ice cream and popsicles. We paid her a bit of money as a deposit/gas fee, and the classmates paid for their own treats. I highly recommend hiring Christine!

I was excited to finally be able to try out this food truck. Especially after seeing the cookie sandwich shots in 1808 Greensboro over the Summer. I was not disappointed! The cookie sandwich was pretty much impossible to eat. But, I mean who cares? I was more into the tasty novelty of the whole thing. I appreciated all of their creative cookie sandwich combinations. I ended up going with the PB& J, peanut butter ice cream, strawberry ice cream, all smushed together between two delicious chocolate chip cookies. My friend went for the one covered in sprinkles and she was not disappointed. I would go back to this food truck again for sure.

Disappointing. Had an ice cream sandwich at the Burke Street Food Truck festival. Waited in line forever, and it really wasn’t worth it. The ice cream was fine, but the cookies tasted and felt like store-bought crap. For $ 5, I want a homemade cookie, not something purchased from the bakery section of Lowe’s Foods! Actual amount of ice cream was fairly small, which was disappointing since none of us wanted to eat the cookies, and ended up just licking off the ice cream. I don’t recommend.

Went to Food truck Friday in downtown Greensboro. Of course, I HAD to get dessert. This truck had one of the longest lines, so I figured it MUST be good. Meh…I was really expecting Diddy Reese(UCLA) status. far from it. The cookies were pretty stale. SO disappointing. There wasn’t anything spectacular about the ice cream either. I got the Cookie Monster. Which was cookies and cream ice cream, an Oreo, and chocolate ice cream between two stale chocolate chip cookies. All of their cookie sandwiches are $ 5, which is a fair price considering how big it is. I wish they had other cookies besides chocolate chip, snicker doodle cookies would have been a great option. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another 1000 calories from them again. I’ll save the $ 5 and extra 12 mile run for something else.
