Trek Bicycle Store Greensboro

Went bike shopping for our daughter’s birthday. She found the perfect bike that the shop built that night for her. The store has lots of options and the staff is well educated on the products. I was impressed with the professionalism. When the bike was done someone adjusted the seat to the proper height and explained how the gears worked. Next bike I will buy here.

Recently got a Groupon for a bike tuneup, so decided to give them a try. First time I rode the chain would not shift onto the 2 smallest cogs. This ain’t rocket science guys. Will not be returning.

I absolutely love this place! I bought my son’s bike here and always have all our trek bikes serviced here. Great place to find accessories! They have a good selection in bikes and their staff is very helpful no matter what your needs are!
Definitely the best bike shop in the Triad!

After checking out a few other places, this is simply the best bike shop in Greensboro. I bought a new Marlin 7, and my wife bought a new Skye a few weeks ago and the staff could not have been more helpful. They walked me through all of my options, sized the bike, and even put together a bike out of the box because it fit me the best. They walked me through basic maintenance, gave me tips, and also patiently answered every one of my questions. It’s been a long time since I’ve bought a bike so I had a LOT of questions. I’ve been back in there a few times since for some adjustments and to buy accessories, and every single person has been extremely helpful. From the owner, to the salespeople, to the mechanics in the back, they’re all great people who honestly want to help and make your experience great.

Always have good luck with these guys. They seem very into helping their customers and are always friendly. they definitely will continue receiving my business.
Good accessories at reasonable prices and knowledgeable mechanics. If I ever have a problem they will be the first on my list to call.

My husband and I decided to try biking as a new hobby. Neither of us had ridden in almost 20 years, so we knew little about bikes. The man at Trek was happy to help us. At no point did he seem distracted or annoyed with our many questions. We were so impressed we bought our 2 bikes then and there. I would definitely go back for accessories, or when it’s time to upgrade.

Stopped in just to pick up a bicycle tube. Guy behind front counter too busy looking at iPhone to help me. At least guy in back was able to point me in right direction. This was my first time in and my last!

I’ve been to many a bike shop where the gear heads can make a novice like me feel like a moron.
That’s not this store.
Even though I don’t ride a Trek, the store is convenient to home so I hopped on my bike and came in for some basics. Despite riding in on a Cannondale, they jumped at the chance to help me. After answering a couple of questions, I rode out with new shoes, clips, and a helmet.
Seems like they’re genuinely interested in their customers and biking.

Wow! What can I say? This is the first time buying a bike from something other than a *Mart store or used. I went to many different bike stores in the Triad area before venturing into the Trek store in Greensboro. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude. Let me say, as a small, older female, this store made me feel very «at home» and at ease. Never once did I feel like the guys were talking down to us. They were very friendly and helpful to me and my two young daughters. We never felt pressured and they made me feel like they had all the time in the world to wait on us, even when they were obviously very busy. The girls test rode a few bikes and then we walked away to think about which bikes we wanted. When we returned a couple of weeks later, we were greeted with the same warm, friendly attitudes. After purchasing one bike, we returned a couple of weeks later to look at others (this time for myself.) These guys really know their products and how to match a person up with the right bike! And during the day of purchase, they made it a point to make sure the bikes fit well… also taking time to fix a problem with my eldest daughter’s used trek. I cannot sing the praises of the guys at the Trek store enough! Thanks Stamps! And an extra big thanks to the owner, Chris… you are awesome! We will be back, again and again! The folks at Trek Greensboro have always done an excellent job in repair and servicing of my bicycles, Trek or not. They also do a great job supporting the local ride/​race scene. Lastly, they stick proven products and stand behind those products, which is very nice.
