Wigs Plus

If I could give negative stars I would. when I entered the store there was no greetings or offer to assist me. after about 10 minutes the younger man did ask if I needed help. no one else was in the store and they were not busy either. I selected a couple of wigs to try on from the very limited selection on display. They charged me a dollar for a small black knee sock, not even a proper hair net. The older man, who spoke almost no English was very rude and told me «NO TOUCH» ! How am I suppose to try on a wig without touching it?!! The younger man tried to put the wig on, but I needed to adjust it and bring the hair forward and move the bangs out of my face — once again the older man yelled at me «NO TOUCH»!! Which he repeated over and over in such a rude tone. I found one wig that had the cut and style I wanted, but not the color, they did have the color I wanted but it was in a bag and the older man would not remove it for me to look at or try on. I was so fed up with the poor customer service and the rude attitude, I left the store. I told the younger man exactly why I was leaving and let them know I’d be taking my business elsewhere.

Poor and rude service. The product offerings are minimal and the wig selection is small.
The service worker/​helper guy/​boy had a problem with me touching the display wigs. So, I left and went elsewhere.
…and the store was empty, what does that tell you.
