Bubba’s

I had there pizza for the first time recently. It was awesome. I will go back. Staff was super friendly.

In the two months since my first review, we’ve gotten delivery from Bubba’s more times than I care to admit. I’m upgrading them to five stars; here’s why:
–chicken lips: these are terribly named, but very delicious. Think «boneless wings», but maybe a little smaller, with a huge variety of sauces. I’m partial to the house flavor «olé grand dad». My husband has tried a bunch and his favorite his the barbecue, but liked the hot and buffalo as well. A friend told me you can order them grilled instead of fried if you’re interested in cutting back in calories or gluten.
–chicken lips salad: a smaller portion of chicken on top of a very generously sized and not-​boring house salad.
–pizza: I’m generally not a fan of thick crust, but I like the pizza at Bubba’s. They put the sauce on top which is an interesting twist, but it works for them. A 4-​cut is usually 2 servings for me, so it’s a great deal.
–pierogies: I mentioned these last time, but they’re worth mentioning again. Where else could you have pierogies delivered? You can order them hot with caramelized onions, or cold to sauté on your own later.
–pierogi pizza: last but not least. Only in western PA would you put mashed potatoes and cheddar on top of a crust and call it a pizza. I can’t make fun of it any more, though, because despite the fact that it’s probably a gazillion calories, it’s delicious and I’d order it again in a heartbeat.

You can’t beat this place! High-​class people and a high-​class product! If I can give a six star I would.

Was in the area today dropping a car off on Rt. 30. Looked on Unilocal!to see what Pizza shops were in the area. Found Bubba’s and it had the description of Pizza and Polish, thought to myself how could you go wrong with that? My wife loves Pirogies as do I. Great authentic polish Pirogies, and not too mushy as my wife likes to put it. We also had Chicken lips and I just went with their special Ol’ Grand Dad, definitely are what they say are as a healthier alternative to chicken wings. Finally the pizza, I like all varieties of pizza and they definitely have a unique version, but it was very good too. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was done in 20 minutes. Glad I got on here and found them and definitely will be back. Keep up what you are doing guys.

While at a layover in Greensburg I stopped by based upon reviews an it didn’t disappoint! Friendly customer service and great home cooked food! I wish that I could have tried almost everything on the menu!
Since I was just passing through… I hope that they will ship!

Got bubbas delivery when staying at a local hotel. Roast beef pizza was superb, real roast beef chunks, with a white sauce drizzle. Thick crust and square cut. Excellent choice and thanks Unilocal for we might have gone with a chain not knowing the area. Chicken lips were parmesan garlic and great. Actually deep fried breast of chix chunks. Price was great for what u get. Yes. a great option for delivery!

The food and employees are great. We’re ordered food for work here a couple of times and it always arrives when promised. The chicken lips are my favorite, along with the pizza.

I recently hosted an event and solely relied on Bubba’s to cater the main dishes. Bubba’s certainly minimized the pressure of planning a party and I will certainly call upon them for any future catering needs. It is a family operated business and at any given time you can walk into the place and see them making pierogies or any other one of their Polish specialties. With this said, you don’t even have to see them in operation, the aromas alone lets you know that something good is happening here! They are open Monday through Sunday and offer many other menu choices besides their Polish fare. Prices are right for the quantity and quality! No one at the party left hungry or without taking some of the leftovers!

Omg I just tried the pizza for the first time (and I love pizza btw) and I’m telling u its amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to delivery food esp pizza and it was fast and delicious. Cabbage rolls are amazing too.

So happy we finally tried this place ! The food was great, my favorite was the fish sandwich and the potato salad! And the employees are so thoughtful and sweet ! We had the mashed potatoes and cabbage rolls and had leftovers for a week ! We’ll definitely be back !!!

The best take out in Greensburg! The pierogi pizza is my overall favorite. Home cooked Polish meal and you can get pierogis delivered to you! Can’t lose here.

Bubba’s is my all time favorite take-​out place in Greensburg, hands down. The food is to die for! They have the most wonderful perogies, haluski, halupski, sandwiches, pizza, EVERYTHING! My personal favorite is the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Lips! (Chicken Lips are chunks of all white breast meat, deep fried, and serve with a sauce)
The service at Bubba’s is incredible as well. They have the most nicest group of young guys there. They are always polite, always attentive, and give very quick service! Now, this is only a take-​out/​delivery place, but I’m 100% on board with that!
I can’t say anything bad about Bubba’s! They do an amazing job!

Awesome! The haluski is fantastic! Tastes authentic just like my grandma’s. The noodles are homemade and absolutely delicious. The Italian roast beef sandwich is salty, but delicious as well. I love Bubba’s!

Round 2. Ordered a cheese pizza, buffalo and ranch chicken lips. Delivery was quick 30 min. The pizza is of the doughy type with the sauce on top of the cheese. It lacked texture. The pan edges are crispy but the bottom was not. It’s ok for a change of pace but if the bottom was like the edges it would have been amazing. The dry ranch lips where good. Bit of crunch and the chicken was moist. The buffalo on the other hand didn’t have any texture no crunch. Kinda like dipping a boiled chicken in buffalo sauce. Speaking of sauce it needed more. I’d like to see these with more sauce over fries and cheese. Placed under the salamander giving it all some crunch. Keep going guys. Deliver time is fantastic.

I just moved to the area and tried the pizza and chicken lips and they were both amazing. I have heard the perogies are great so I will definitely be trying them next! The butter garlic chicken lips were really good.

Fantastic authentic Polish food! Homemade to order. I haven’t found anything on the menu that I don’t like. Had never heard of Tomatoe pie or chicken lips before and now I am hooked. The perogies are amazing! Try all the flavors. You won’t be disappointed!
