The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits here are outstanding! Totally puts McDonalds to shame.

The takeout we ordered was handed to us in a bag coated with butter. We had asked for grits specifically with no butter. For some reason not one, but three butter packs were added to our bag. All 3 packs of butter were at the top of the bag, over our food. One of them was upside down and leaking. What a messy and unsatisfactory experience.

Take out ckicken filet sandwich no mayo. I asked the young lady to make sure it was correct. She said yes sir. Got back on the road and when I went to eat my sandwich I had two buns… no mayo and no chicken. They are not very attentive.

As is a common theme with Greenville restaurants, Bojangles’ food is GREASY. It’s a huge turn-off. And as Ani P. wrote, it’s no better than KFC. I feel it’s worse. The chicken has an okay flavor but I can’t quit thinking of the grease long enough to enjoy it. The Sweet Tea is good, I’d say with some other place’s fried chicken.

if you like your fatty food deep-fried and kept under a heat lamp, this is your place.

I was stranded in Greenville, NC. Don’t ask. Bojangles chicken is no better than KFC(not worse, just not better). If it weren’t for the biscuits, I’d give this place a 2.5. The biscuits were buttery pillows of fat attacking my arteries. My arteries embraced the biscuits with open arms. I remember the biscuits being salty, buttery, moist and soft. These biscuits would kill me if I lived in Greenville, b/c I could potentially see myself losing all willpower. I love salt. These biscuits are just salty enough. Eat the biscuits, hopefully not by the dozen. Cheap eats — you can maximize calories per dollar. There’s a great ER department in Greenville, so eat your heart out.

Anyone who says this isn’t a 5-star fast food joint hasn’t had their SWEETTEA! What other fast food restaurant sells dirty rice? Yummy french fries, make sure to get the cajun spice on them(they sell that stuff separately BTW). This is the perfect place to take a southern gal for breakfast.

It’s just so fun to say! I defy you to utter«Bojangles» without smiling. Really I’m not a fan of fast food, and Bojangles ain’t that different, but the phalanx of biscuit varieties differentiates. The Cheddar Bo, the Egg Bo, the Bo Berry biscuit — really any biscuit on the menu coupled with chive infused hash browns and a little hot sauce completes a breakfast of champions. Sure you can try something a little more elegant. If you’re in a hurry, or say, nothing is open on a Sunday, toss aside bourgeois posturing and bask in a bucolic Bojangles biscuit.
