Buffalo Wild Wings

This is by far the best BWW we have ever been to and also the tastiest wings we’ve ever had at a BWW. Jeremy was our server and he was very professional and had great interpersonal skills. We called to see if our pup Taz (6lb chihuahua) could sit out on the patio with us and the manager was awesome and said that it was no problem and he even came out to check on us and how our service was. I don’t understand the bad reviews and the horrible rating on this restaurant because it’s not the truth. Come here and have a beer on their beautiful patio.

S — L — O — W, slow, slow, slow as hell. Not to mention they are also super slow. From the moment you walk in the girl at the front talks and moves so slow. It seemed like we walked a half mile to get to the table but it was only about 30 feet. I think it’s pretty obvious that none of the workers even want to be here at all. Service was also slow and waitress disappeared with no refills or check for about 20 minutes. Only a few tables were full and plenty of staff but not customer focused at all. Couldn’t wait to get the bill and get out. Almost felt like a prisoner. Food was par for a BWW. Will not be back to this location.

My complaint isn’t particularly about the service, it’s about the food. I ordered naked tenders and they came out with so much char and burnt residue on them. I asked the bartender if they were suppose to look like that and he responds with «What? Grill marks?» and proceeds to walk away. I’m not an idiot, I know what grill marks are and this looked like the grill hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Clean your grill and provide people with good food. I go to BWW because that’s the only place I can catch all of my local sports teams, and I order the naked tenders because it’s safe. I’ve never had tenders that were this nasty at any other bww. Please clean your grill and provide people with some edible food.

After reading the reviews I am truly lost. We had wonderful service! Our food was perfect! Couldn’t ask for more from any restaurant. Will be back!

Wow! $ 48 for two small meals and two draft beers, extremely long wait and the food is mediocre at best. Never again!

This was our second time dining here. Our first experience was great. Good food, good service, no complaints. However our second time dining there was tonight. Our waitress Monique was a sweet girl however not so great at managing what she needed to bring to her tables. She was constantly walking back & forth getting additional things we had asked her for. Example, we sit down and place our drink order she brought me my drink and a drink for another table but not my wife’s drink because «she only has two hands». I didn’t realize it was hard to grab a tray and put 3 drinks on it. Next we ordered 15 wings medium, honey barbecue, and Parmesan garlic. However, when the plate came out it only had medium & honey barbecue. My wife & I decided not to say anything and continued to eat our meal. When we were done she brought us our check & we asked for a box. She brings us back our change and no box. We look over and she’s serving another table so we waited. Finally realizing we weren’t getting our box I grabbed the plate & walked out. As we walk out the host sees us walking out with our plate and asks «would you like a box, instead of steeling!?». I said yes I asked the waitress for a box but she never brought it. Then the waitress appears around the corner claiming she put a box on the table but «someone must have thrown it away».
After being treated so demeaning for simply wanting to take home food WE PAID FOR I will never return to this establishment.

This BWW location is no different than any other one I’ve been to. Staff was reasonable. Food tasted as expected. It seems like the price of wings is slowly creeping up every time I order them. One time I went in to purchase a bottle of wing sauce and was helped in a friendly and quick manor.
I’ve found there are many many wing places between Anderson County and Spartanburg County. BWW falls in line as average.

I’ll preface this by saying that I love Buffalo and have never had an experience like this at any other I’ve visited across the country.
The lighting and atmosphere is about as inviting as a police line up. Then…
The «weekend» bartender. Because I ordered my drink when I sat down and proceeded to tend to something pretty important on my phone, after thanking him of course. He proceeded, after I finally flagged him down thirty minutes later, to apparently tell his female manager that he thought I was angry at him. She then approached me as I was sitting there. As the «bartender» proceeded to yell at me about the fact that he has a son and how could I try to get him fired the manager asked me if I would be willing to «start over»? Umm. OK? I guess? I agreed. Reached out my hand.
The bartender then proceeded to inform me how it should be an” honor” for me to sit and have him wait on me.
And so I left. The guys across the street at TGI Fridays were really cool and more than happy to have my business. No worries.

Service is horrible!!! this is the 2^nd time our chicken wings come out cold and all dried up!!! Not the type of person to complain but really 20 min to get a beer from the bar ???

we absolutely love coming here. the last time we went the service was a bit long. this recent time was most certainly unacceptable. tonight we went and we sat outside. no one even came to us to take our drink order. waiters looked at us and avoided us like the plague. we waited 30 minutes and no one came to tell us that they are sorry for the wait or that there will be a waiter soon. we left eventually because if we couldn’t even get a waiter to take a simple drink order, it wasn’t going to get any better from there.

I usually like BWs but this location is terrible. Service is awful. Whenever we go there there are 5 staff members eating but nobody to take our drink order. Also the food is bad and nobody plays trivia. Finally, the whole reason for BWs is football season and this location is dead on Saturday and Sunday.

Awesome service and very friendly!!! Manager was super accomodating and even gave me some information about the menu I never knew. Ive been going to bdubd for years in other states and this was BY FAR the best experience! !

First, I love BWW and I didn’t think you could screw it up, but this location did. Went in on a Monday night, there was plenty of wait staff and the bartender only had a few customers that night. When I walked in, nobody greeted me for several minutes, despite one server looking at me, and then looking away quickly. Nobody greeted me on my way out, either, despite walking by several servers. It took nearly 30 minutes from the time I ordered to get my small boneless wings and Mediterranean Salad. I’ve gotten well-​done steaks from other restaurants faster than this. The salad was dried out and tasted like it had been thrown together at least 5 days before it was served to me. My Sam Adams draft had a rubber taste to it, like the valves on the tap hadn’t been cleaned prior to being installed. On top of this, the wait staff and bartender… how should I put this lightly… were grotesque. I’m not expecting models, but at public-​facing jobs, there should be some standards of how you want your business to be viewed. I felt sorry for them after I left, and sad. Not exactly sports bar emotions.

The sandwiches are fine, but nothing spectacular. Same with the wings. It’s a reliable chain experience but not particularly memorable. I rated this one down a bit because the staff were a bit ditzy and inattentive. Not enough to be an issue, but it was noted.

I always have a positive experience when I visit. I’ve been treated very well and enjoy watching football here every Sunday.
BWW can be a good place to watch a MMA Pay-​Per-​View fight as well, but it gets crowded quickly. But that’s par for a big fight; any place showing one is always packed.
The food here is not bad and their menu has rotating specials, both for drinks and food. There are many wing sauces and dry rubs available for the wings and you can also get the sauces on a sandwich if you wish.
There are also many beers on tap and a good variety in bottles as well. Full bar service too.
This is a great sports bar and a good place to watch any sporting event.

This one of my favorite places. Any sporting event will be on and it has a fun sports atmosphere. If you want to catch all the games and have some of the best wings in town… this is a great place.

the place was packed… we waited for a table at 7:30pm on a Thursday evening. we waited for our server for ten minutes, then we waited… it took about half an hour to get food. but everything was served hot. our server was apologetic about how long, the wait, we r trying etc.
the wings were amazing, the drinks plentiful., though we waited we didn’t feel rushed either, they gave us time to eat them.

False advertising is my problem. I ordered the Mediterranean salad that says in the advertisement that it comes with lemon pepper chicken on top plus all the other items in the salad. When I get the salad I’m told that the chicken is extra and even though the advertisement doesn’t state it, I have to pay three dollars extra, so u ended up paying twelve bucks for a salad! If I had known beforehand i wouldn’t have ordered the salad. I am disappointed and I probably will not be returning to this establishment. Your advertisement is your word if you lie on something so visible, what else do you lie about?

The service is good but the place gets a bit loud on game days. Still a good place to hangout with friends.

Over the years many of us sports fans go to BWW, not because the food is good, but likely because it’s the only place open late after going to a game. I’ve been to this location twice now and both times the service has been horrid.
I was here the night Clemson got smashed by Florida State. By the time we got back to Greenville and near our hotel we figured it’d be a good spot to watch highlights for other games. Granted there was a UFC fight on there’s no excuse for the terrible service we received. There was 10 minutes left in the fight when we walked in well after midnight (and the place was 90 percent full). We stood and waited to be seated for nearly 15 minutes (as the servers stood around and socialized with each other) before I walked up and asked someone if we could please be seated.
Once seated it took 10 minutes from someone to take our drink order (we had a cute blonde waitress who obviously wanted to go home hours prior). By the time we ordered our drinks the place emptied (fight ended). We ordered wings and meals. After 25 minutes nothing had arrived. We sadly watched our wings sit awaiting a server to pick them up.
Our server was cleaning tables and sweeping the floor and I had to ask two other servers to check if our order was up (we saw someone pick our wings up 25 minutes after they were placed on the pick up area). My burger was cold when it finally arrived. The nachos were disgusting and even worse, our server and the one who helped her finally bring our meal brought our food after spraying cleaners on the table, wiping the tables with dirty rags and not watching here hands.
After two poor experiences we won’t return.
