Gel nail polish definitely lasted longer compared to other salons I’ve been to! They have a very big selection of colors to choose from also

Q does a great job (the only one worth going back for). He is attentive to my sensitive hands and works magic! He’s simply amazing!
Note: They makeup the hours on Sunday. It shows in several sites (including Unilocal) they are open until 6pm, but when you call to schedule an appointment, the hours then vary by personnel.
I would ONLY stick to getting your nails done. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure and would NEVER have those services done again. Burned and bleeding is all I can say.
Still looking for a new place and wish I could take Q with me!

Honestly, I was very disappointed with my experience at Nail Forte’. This is my third time here and each time I came after work because not only are they near my job but the reviews. Each time my experience has been less pleasant and today was filled with mix emotions. When arriving I was asked about which serviced I wanted, in which I replied «manicure and pedicure.’ Due to a large crowd, I told the young lady I could go to another salon down the street (which has received outstanding reviews on all search engines even social media pages). She told me they would assist me but it would be few minutes. After being seated the lady ask which service I preferred and replied a ‘natural pedicure.’ My reasons for this service is because I am going to Dominican Republic and booked a spa day at sea for my vacation. The technician proceed with the service but the entire time the technician seemed cold and didn’t want to complete my service. All the other customers were being serviced and enjoyed helping them but with me I could tell it was different. After their service I was asked for payment but unlike many of the other customer was asked to pay cash. This was fine but being that I do not carry cash on me this was a luck. I usually pay via MasterCard or Amex (debit or credit) and have done so in the past no problem.
While processing my transaction I proceed to hear talk in their native language but what they did not know was… I understood clearly what was being said. I am truly, sadden because a mother and daughter were in the salon also having a laugh at my expense. Not only did I not receive all requested services but I was made to feel like a huge ‘joke.’ I proceeded to another salon to have my pedicure redone, gel full set completed, and eyebrow arch. The woman there was so worried, when I wasn’t smiling (as I do often) she asked me if she had done something wrong. Of course, she did not but the visit to Nail Forte left me so upset I had to write a review. I am truly disappointed with the customer service here and will not ever return.
I currently work in customer service and today taught me the importance of treating people as if they were the CEO for Apple.

My daughter and I went in for pedicures. We were taken right away but it was unnerving because the 2 ladies started talking in a foreign language. It made us very uncomfortable. We were done in 10 minutes.
We both felt rushed and disappointed.

Very very great experience and I have been to about a dozen nail salons over the past year. Very clean, professional, made me feel welcome being a walk-​in and all, and excellent massage chairs. I’m def coming back!!!

I’ve been here 3 – 4 times for mainly pedicures, without appointments. The service is good, although they stay pretty busy. They are thorough and do a good job. Lots of polish choices and all the add-​ins you could want. The polish lasts a long time. Love that they’re open on Sunday.

This place is awesome! I moved to Greenville almost two years ago and have been searching for a good nail salon and I finally feel like I found one. The staff is friendly and professional, they are busy but I didn’t feel rushed and they did an excellent job! I would recommend it to all. Plus they are open on Sundays which is hard to find.

They fit two of us in right away for pedicures (without appointments). We both had the spa pedicure ($ 30) and felt refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards. Very clean, friendly environment. Great pedicure chairs and nail polish choices. Next time I’m in Greenville, I will be back!

I had never been here. It wasn’t buys the woman took her time making sure ever nail was perfect! She went to put the hot towels on my arms and asked if they were to hot it was the first time I’ve ever been asked and I told her it was to hot so she waved it around for me. When she put the nail color on she checked to see if I liked it. I got to my car and of course smudged it and I came back in and she fixed it for free! They were so nice!

I am visiting from out of town and wanted to get a new set of nails. I am a longtime nail wearer, and boy am I picky.
Let me tell you, I will be back to Nails Forte. My nails are nearly perfect. We have all had that bad nail salon experience or two… but Chu did my nails perfectly. He was funny and fast and gentle. Tools were all sterilized and clean. I advise making an appointment as his book looked full and the salon was busy. I highly recommend this place! Oh, take cash. They prefer it.
