Awesome food. We started off with the baked oysters they were pretty good we also had the bang bang shrimp it was amazing. I got the filet it was good in flavor just a little over cooked. My husband got the salmon and he LOVED all the sauces that came with it. The pineapple martini with Malibu rum was to DIE for. My husband had the Moscow mule he said it was good but nothing he would order again he ended up getting a pineapple martini with me. Our server pika was GREAT if you could you have to ask for her she gave amazing service!

I am still a fan — and will go back — BUT the last two visits the music is so LOUD you can’t even carry on a conversation. I understand they have a great bar crowd BUT I don’t go to the bar area. On two different occasions we have had this same issue. Last night the table next to us ask them to turn down music — the response was OK we have this complaint all the time. PLEASELOWERTHEMUSIC — we love your food & service

Had lunch here on Thursday. Ordered the fish sandwhich which is now small, a third of what it was with lots of tomato. Hard to taste fish. Slaw was just ok.

Bad experience, the shrimp appetizer was ok but the dishes were preheated probably on microwave. I will never visit this restaurant again.

This review is based on a July 2015 visit. When we arrived the restaurant was nearly empty. Only two tables had guests, yet we had to wait for several minutes at the hostess desk before someone greeted us. When our Hostess arrived. She apologized, seated us, then asked who was celebrating a birthday and proceeded to hand us a Birthday Card. Later she came back and presented us with a complementary box of Chocolates. A very nice gesture indeed. It was a very nice looking restaurant. The bar was empty but looked inviting. We will later find out why it was empty. Our waitress was very pleasant & answered all our questions. The daily specials listed a Signature Martini that a couple of us decided to try but the waitress informed us that Bonefish Grill of Greenville does not serve Alcoholic Beverages on Sunday! So why is it on the daily special menu and why is it listed on the web site as a Sunday Special? We decide on soda and Ice tea. As for the food. It ranged from Excellent to OK. Bang Bang Shrimp was Outstanding! Fried Calamari was Good & the accompanying dipping sauce was Excellent! Cesar Salad was Average. Lettuce fresh, dressing a little sparse. Lots of croutons. Fresh Hot Bread, infused oil on the side was very good. The Grilled Grouper w/Lobster and Crab sauce was Very Good. The Fish and Chips were Very Good. The Crab Cakes were loaded with lump Crab meat, spiced well with little to no breading. Very nice indeed. The Lobster Roll was OK. The presentation was impressive, the Lobster was plentiful but the lobster was a bit watery. The ½ lb Bacon Cheese Burger was very tasty but a bit overcooked and a little dry. Scallops & Shrimp got a mixed review. Scallops were VG but the shrimp were a little overcooked. Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were stuffed with Shrimp and Extremely Good. Side dishes included, Mac & Cheese w/Truffles, a pleasant surprise & Recommended. Crab meat Fried Rice was OK. The Medley of vegetables was close to raw and overpowered with Garlic. The Potato Chips that accompanied the Burger were VG. Garlic Mashed Potatoes were tasty. For desert: The Flour less Brownie with Ice Cream, Raspberry sauce and whipped cream was terrific but even better was their Trio of Homemade Donuts with whipped cream, caramel and chocolate sauce. Portions were plentiful. We took some food home with boxes provided. All in all it was a pleasant dining experience and we would definitely like to return. Just not on Sunday! Oh, check their Web site for discount coupons up to 15% off Food.

I arrived at 5:10 on a Sunday evening… not exactly primetime. Even though half the restaurant was empty, it seemed the«hostess» was quite flummoxed to find an available table. Once I was seated, I made my meal selection quite quickly. However, since I HAD decided what I wanted from the menu, and had nothing better to do at that point, it allowed me the opportunity to sit and watch. Watch servers chit chat and play around… Watch 3 additional tables get seated… Watch these same 3 tables place their drink orders… Watch them get their drinks… Watch them place their dinner orders… After 20 minutes of this, I gathered my belongings, walked to the hostess station and(politely) advised the«hostess» who had seated me that I had waited over 20 minutes while diners seated after me had been seen to… I would not be staying for dinner… and it would probably be a good practice, in the future, to seat patrons at tables that are actually staffed. Her response… «tee hee… sorry»

This is the second time we have eaten at this Bonefish in the last few months. The previous time was average, so we thought we’d give it a second try. The waiter recommended draft IPA beer was very nice. Our Caesar salads were brought out quickly, but they were made up of cheap head lettuce and barely average croutons. Taste was ok. Last week we were at Trios, downtown Greenville, and my wife’s salmon salad was extraordinarily good, both in presentation, quality of ingredients and flavor. You should go there to learn how it’s done. My entrée sirloin(medium rare) and crab cake was disappointing. The crab cake, although small, was quite good. A little of the spicy remoulade sauce added a nice kick. But, the sirloin was a little overcooked and TOUGH. Last month we ate at Longhorns and the sirloin was melt in your mouth tender and very flavorful. Again, you can learn here. My wife’s shrimp and scallops dish was barely average, she thought. Doubt if we return anytime soon.

Such an amazing place! Hubby and I went there for date night. Perfect ambiance. Wouldn’t go back with our toddler. Their food is to die for! Their complimentary bread and pesto are the best we’ve ever had at any restaurant. We had the bang bang shrimp and the sauce was great. I had the salmon and it was Cooked perfect. Hubby ordered the anglers steak, wasn’t too impressed but my rule is if it’s called bonefish grill, stick to their specialty or seafood. For dessert we got the strawberry shortcake and coffee. It was perfect. The strawberries were nice and sweet. Can’t wait to go back! Can’t remember our waitresses name but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

I have 2 cousins who manage 2, different bone fish restaurants and yet have never been. I finally went and the food is pretty good. The bang bang shrimp is awesome and the salmon is pretty good as well. Deff worth to check it out. I used to not like seafood and I’m liking it more and more. If I could eat it everyday I would.

We always try to eat at Bonefish Grill when we are back in Greenville for a visit. The Sunday Brunch did not disappoint! Granddaughter had the Kobe beef burger, and hubby & I shared the oatmeal and a California omelet. We were very well pleased.

Positively enjoyed our meal and service! Isaiah and Dennis were magnificent! The food was delicious, and we tried it all. Our group of eight had multiple appetizers and they came out quickly. We were never without beverages. Our entrees ranged from salads to seafood to exceptional filet mignon. In Greenville? Be sure to stop by this Bonefish.

Quite impressive for a chain restaurant. Bang Bang Shrimp was shared as a starter. It was quite excellent, there’s quite a lot of shrimp served, so be sure you have 3 or more to share with unless you have a huge appetite. The Ahi Tuna was excellent, I ordered it medium rare and it was prepared exactly as ordered. A real good fish. I had the couscous as the side dish, highly recommended as your side. I didn’t try the squash served with the dinner, I should have asked about the vegetable for the day. I“m not a fan of squash. Service was quite good, as my party of 4 ran out of drinks at all the inopportune times. I’ll certainly be back.

I’d relate an experience eating here to having dinner at Jimmy Buffets house somewhere in the Florida Keys! The décor, menu and feel of the place gives you the aura that you are somewhere in S Florida! This is quickly becoming one of my more favourite seafood chains while in the US! On this visit I was really feeling like eating some ahi tuna! So I ended up ordering the large version of the Ahi appetizer plus a tuna bowl(on recommendation of my server). The appetizer was very generous sized portion of perfectly seared tuna which I shared some with my dinner party. Then out came the tuna bowl and it was served the same style now with rice and the tart mango salsa. It was quite good but a good thing I like Tuna as it was on the borderline of Tuna overload! I should have ordered the bang bang shrimp with a smaller version if he Tuna app. This is what I may consider next time! Décor of the place is very warm and appealing with tropical paintings and design. Service was friendly and good. We even had the manager come by and introduce himself and ASM if our meal was okay! Impressive! It’s no surprise that Red Lobster is having a run for it’s money as you eat at a chain like Bonefish and wonder why an old relic like Red Lobster still exists! This is my second bonefish experience after eating at the one in Myrtle Beach also. The experience is worth it!

Probably our favorite restaurant in Greeeeenville! Clearly a chain restaurant, but they do it right. The food is always carefully prepared and visually cool. I’ve had shrimp tacos and grilled fish here, both excellent. The wood grilled pompano was as good as any I’ve had in Miami. Another time I tried their grilled salmon. Perfect! The choices are better than most, the appetizer, Asian slaw, coconut pie dessert, the drinks… all fantastic! I get the vibe that the staff is mostly college age people, all have been super nice to us! Definitely a good choice when dining in Greenville!
