Service was awful very disrespectful and rude! They were rude to me and rude to my wife. It’s a family owned business father and son but they were both complete jerks. Sold me a pair of boots and they fell apart after 4 months and they wanted me to pay more to patch them! I’d rather get boots from Walmart.

Service, service, service. You can have the best dinner in town or the most-​skilled hair stylist around but if your customer service is lacking and unfriendly, I most likely will take my business elsewhere.
Despite their super cute interior and boot displays, the greeting I received at The Bootery over the weekend was far from cute. It had been three weeks since my mom dropped off two pairs of shoes and a bag to be repaired. I was new to their system of ticketing items and the guy behind the counter responded grumbly when I stated the customer name assuming that was their way of tracking progress and items. Nay.
If you’re looking for an extensive selection of high quality shoes and specifically boots I highly recommend checking The Bootery out. Wishing my experience was on the sweeter side.
