Absolutely one of the worst pizza, I have ever tasted. I ordered 2 large Pepperoni pizzas for delivery. They arrived within 30 minutes(1 star). I tipped the deliver man and took the pizzas in for 6 hungry folks. In opening the box, the pepperoni rounds were lot less than expected and placed randomly(some pizza slices had 1 meat slice). In eating, the pizzas were very salty and lacking any herbs(oregano, etc). I have bought far better tasting, and arranged pizzas from supermarkets. Most of the pizza was tossed out.

Not a bad spot for a quick bite to eat. A little on the prices side, but I guess that is expected in the area.

Rant: been going here for years love the grandma’s pizza but tonight is enough. As you can see here the gentleman behind the counter is doing nothing but biting his nails and on his phone at the same time not washing his hands grabbing your pizza money etc. Like I said rant, this is happening all over the town where is the health department? Where is the education?

Good pizza, pasta and chicken entrees. This is our go to when we want pizza and an entrée or two delivered. Decent prices and pretty good delivery times.

Great food, my every day lunch and go. Very busy store around lunch and they make it work. Staff is always great. The pizza slices are something else lol good stuff.

I’ve ordered from Planet Pizza countless times and here’s the bottom line — it’s a great pizza place but you have to know how & what to get. First, there is the pizza. IMO it’s the best pizza place in the area. Remember to save & use the coupons(they are included in the menu flyer). About the toppings — ask how they are prepared — they often slice the onions and tomatoes(not chopped or diced). They put the right amount of cheese on the pizzas, not too much or too little. They also offer gluten free pizza. The calzones are great here too. This is not a desert place, take note. Their other stuff is good but it’s called Planet Pizza because their main thing is pizza.

The pizza is absolutely fantastic. The delivery is absolutely horrible. So if you have time to eat in or pick up, then I recommend the place. If you’re thinking delivery, then definitely go someplace else. I never had a problem with delivery until recently. They’ve been taking a minimum of 45 minutes and two of the last three times they took 90 minutes, then had no record of my order and took nearly 2 hours and only offered a minimum reduction in price. Very frustrating because the pizza is great but they just don’t seem to value my business at all. Avoid the mozzarella sticks, they’re tasteless. The cheese pizza is great, the Grandma’s square pizza is the best around.

I stopped ordering from this place a few years ago after a delivery driver had a bad attitude when he forgot something in my order. I decided to order here again today because I like the spaghetti and meatballs. However this place is still just so so. Between me and my buddy we ordered a meat lovers pizza(good), curly fries(very burnt), spaghetti & meatballs(ok), and 22-liter Pepsis(only got one). I also ordered a Tiramisu and it came FROZEN! Planet Pizza used to be the«go to» Pizza place in the area, but over the last few years they have really been going down hill. Maybe stop opening more locations and fix the ones that have been around for ever.

It was a little pricey but I expected that since I am ordering at a pizzaria in Greenwich. The person who took my order was friendly which was much appreciated and garlic knots were pretty good but the buffalo pizza was definitely not what I expected. I wanted buffalo chicken and I got this greasy blue cheese flavored slice from hell. I can’t remember the last time I’ve ordered a slice with a topping and thought«I should’ve gotten a plain slice» the second after I bit it.

I like their pizza! It’s the closest I’ve had to NY pizza outside of NY… Their service is speedy… This is my go to pizza joint in CT.

I work in the area and used to go there frequently. The food is ok and the prices are through the roof. I am ok with paying high prices for ok food with great service. The reason i stopped ordering from there is because the last time i got a slice to go and grabbed crushed red pepper they charged me one dollar for a tiny container with red pepper. Its not the dollar, its the point. The food is expensive as is and now you have to take advantage of the fact im taking crushed pepper to go?

Great pizza, quick service. Real New York crust that you can fold in half. Toppings and cheese could be better. I would also recommend eating in, as the pizza tastes much better fresh and with proper condiments. The desserts are also bomb

The pizza from this place has a generic corporate chain feel. Bizarrely bland flavor, even the bacon was tasteless. I don’t like to write a negative review but this is simply not good pizza. Also, they boast about fast delivery times and my pizza came exactly on hour after I ordered(15 min after they said it would arrive), and was lukewarm. Pass on this place.

We tried their Vegetarian Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, & Compo Salad. Veggie pizza had plenty of fresh spinach & broccoli, nice amount of cheese, and good fresh slightly tangy tomato sauce, and a crisp thin crust. Pepperoni pizza was also very good, with plenty of pepperoni, good tomato sauce, a nice amount of cheese, & a thin crust. The Compo Salad was terrific! Plenty of cranberries, Gorgonzola crumbles, lots of crunchy, glazed walnuts, & fresh baby lettuces in a tangy sweet balsamic vinaigrette. Place was crowded on a Sunday night, with a long line for takeout, and almost all tables occupied. Had to wait awhile for the food to be ready, even though we called about 30 minutes in advance.

I think it’s one of the best pizza places in the area. Great pizza, great people and it’s fast! The buffalo chicken tenders are awesome and the planet penne is amazing. People, if you want stuff delivered then be prepared to wait for it. If you want it in 20 mins then go pick it up. It’s not rocket science.

My friends and I came to Greenwich(from NYC) to meet up with some friends at a bar. We stopped at this pizzeria around 1 am and they had run out of pizza. We ordered chicken rolls and it was alright, nothing to rave about. I guess I am selective when it comes to pizza and stuff because I grew up in Bensonhurst, where I was surrounded by Italians and Italian food. Basically, I’ve had better rolls.

I was hanging out in the area on a late Saturday night and my friends were hungry. We decided to stop here since it seemed to be the only thing open. Since it was around 1am they were out of pizza therefore we got the chicken rolls. I have to say they were pretty just a little pricey.

This is the pizza I eat for lunch, only when its provided free. It’s very very forgettable. Im not positive but the sauce is very sweet and even tastes like it may be ragu based. That being said they do provide a very pleasing amount of what seems to be pretty good mozzarella. This review might be short, but it is going to be sweet after I tell you what I know. If your looking for pizza in the Greenwich area… pizza post is the spot. Fabulous sauce, great crisp on the crust, fresh green peppers(my favorite topping) and a caring cook and manager. Or at least on the Saturday afternoon shift it seems that way. I know it’s simple but try the garlic bread as a side with anything. Delicious.
