I would avoid Dr Menachof at all costs. I am a new patient with Dr Menachof and I have not had a positive experience with him yet. My apointment was scheduled at 7:40 am, but I sat in a patient room for an hour before I went out to find him and let him know that I needed to go to work so he needed to see me. Once he finally came to the room, since he is an Ear Nose and Throat doctor he naturally looked in my nose as an initial consulation to examine my sinus issues and he gave me a quick run down on the issues and let me know I needed surgery. He then sent me a bill for $ 450 which $ 250 was covered by insurance and the rest was mine to take care of. I have contacted his office 5 times over about a month span to discuss the issue, I leave a voicemail every time and they refuse to call me back. I have found out from my insurance that they are charging me for an outpatient procedure when he just looked in my nose, which is what he is supposed to do as an ENT. Again, I would save yourself the trouble and avoid Dr Menachof at all costs and find yourself another ENT.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Menachof for approximately 25 years. This is telling because I am extremely selective about the physicians I choose to partner with. He and his staff have consistently delivered top-​notch customer service and incredible results each and every time. The fact that Dr. Menachof is so well versed with ear, nose and throat functionality and structure, makes him an ideal doc for facial/​cosmetic surgeries and treatments as well. Thank you to the entire staff.

Dr. Menachof is an amazing person, I happened to bring both of my parents to see him and he has taken care of them both times with unlimited compassion and kindness. He is extremely generous and had waived his fees twice, I am forever greatful with him and his whole office!

Literally ruined my face. They had a new technician working unsupervised. I had laser treatment and now have permanent skin damage. Their ONLY solution was to refund my money and offer more laser treatment. DO NOT GO HERE! You will be sorry!
