I got my first waxing here, and the aesthetician was kind and informative. She explained how to dress and cover up. It’ something other spas don’t often explain. It’s located in an office building and the space was clean and professional.

Absolute professionalism and comfortable environment for the «oh so NOT comfortable» waxing! Rachael was awesome and I’ll definitely be going back. I was very impressed not only with the level of professionalism but the knowledge she had for the products and process.

I love this place my first visit everyone treats you as if you’ve been there before. I had Ellie
she answered all my questions regarding products. I’ve been waxed before but this was the best wax I’ve had in a long time NO PAIN. I’m very pleased I booked my next appointment before I left. I need a new Wax home and this is it.

I really wanted to love this place. I’ve been driving 1.5 hours for the last 4 years to get by eyebrows waxed. When I found this place 30 minutes from my home, I was pumped to try it.
Booking was easy, the place was clean, and Paula (who did not do my service) was super friendly and informative at check-​in.
It went downhill quickly from here. Instead of making a smooth eyebrow line, the esthetician made almost a stair step look in my brow. They are now super thin, and have chunks missing. I was disappointed that she did not use a magnifier or a light when waxing. At my previous place, the esteticians measure, use a stencil, and use a magnifier with a light.
Needless to say, I’m currently drawing in a large portion of my eyebrow… and I’ll be driving the 1.5 hours to Louisville.

I’m in love with my lashes! My first time getting my lashes done, but it won’t be the last! Paula is great and knows what she is doing. This place is very clean and the ladies here are so sweet and professional! I can’t wait to try other services they offer!

I was really nervous about getting my back waxed. I had done it before and it hurt a lot. I had heard good things about Bare so I figured I would give it another shot. I booked with Rachael and was not disappointed. It was much less expensive than the last place I went and the service at Bare was far superior. Rachael was very professional and personable. She even asked me what kind of music I like and played it for me. I think that she could tell I was nervous. I’ve had much better results than I have ever had with shaving: thinner re growth and less ingrown hairs. One month later and I am ready to go back to see Rachael!

Let’s start from the beginning.
I emailed about making an appointment. Within 24 hours, I not only had a reply but an appointment was made.
When I arrived, the office suite came off adorable, cozy and, importantly, clean.
I was having my first professional bikini wax. I was so worried about feeling uncomfortable and self conscious. Despite this, Paula put me at ease and made pleasant small talk. The whole process took about 25 minutes, including checking in, undressing and dressing. It didn’t even really hurt, which surprised me.
Overall, I had a great experience. I’ll be using the spa’s services in the future and highly recommend them to… well, everyone.

After having my wife wax my back previously, I decided it was a job for a professional. Paula did a great job and it was far less painful than my previous experience. She was also much faster and had the right kind of wax to do the job. I wont say it was fun, but it was a walk through the park compared to at home. Plus Paula was extremely personable and helped the time fly by.
