This place is horrible. All front office staff are preoccupied with talking and socializing. Manager Danella I believe is her name was no help at all. My sons glasses were adult frames! They could not fit his little face and they would not do anything about it. They never checked his vision once getting the glasses. Will never go there again and please don’t waste your time!!!

I have called 3 times asking for my glasses to be shipped and I get an «ok». After a month, I call again and I was told I need to pay for shipping. Ok — why did nobody tell me ?
So infuriating

Zero stars for customer service, and I don’t say that lightly.
Trying to purchase glasses for my daughter has been one screwup after another by them, and they certainly are not going to try to correct any of their missteps.
I still don’t have the glasses I was promised a week ago (for my daughter who desperately needs them!) and there has been no attempt on their part to communicate with me when I will get them.
I pressed them for a date, and was given a new date another week+ away, and with much attitude, after all my patience.
Spend your money elsewhere.
