The WORST Sonic ever! If i could give them negative stars, i would. I don’t usually look to Unilocal for fast food places, but geesh, I wish I would have before repeatedly coming to this Sonic. I completely agree with all poor reviews stated. I’ve been her many times over the years, and just have them the benefit of the doubt over, and over, and over, and over again. Now I see this poor, extremely slow service is the normal and not the exception. We waited 40! Yes, 40 freaking minutes for a breakfast burrito. Really. I will never, ever come to this location again.

Ordered a cheeseburger. Bottom bun was hard and cold. What I assume to be a manager came out and looked at me as if I was crazy. She explained that they don’t heat the buns so she couldn’t understand the problem. It was ice cold, not even room temp… trust me lady!
She took it back (without an apology or even any form of courtesy) and returned with a anotherthat bottom bun was warm and hard.
Might want to focus on friendliness at the next training session.
Won’t be back.

Absolutely the worst service around. We have been to this location numerous times over the years and continue to receive terribly SLOW service. A ten minute wait or longer for two Sonic Blasts is unacceptable and it happens time and time again. We will not be visiting this location again.

Sonic shakes are terrible and full of whip cream instead of ice cream! I guess it’s cheaper that way.

Terrible service! Waited over 25 minutes for a sonic blast, never got it! Got my money back and went to McDonald’s! This Sonic is bad! Plus the parking lot is full of pot holes.

I’m not the best person in my house to review Sonic, as my wife stops here approximately 67 times a week. I can freely exaggerate that figure because I’m sure she’ll never read this.
That said, the food is good if you like Sonic, the staff is friendly and the service is good. Swing through the drive through during 2 – 4 happy hour or before 11:00 for drink specials, subject to change I’m sure. This location’s pre-11:00am happy hour seems unique and generous.

to be sure, we eat at Sonic more than we should. And we frequent many of the locations around town. This one happens to be on the way home from soccer/​dance practice, but after a few tries, even the kids don’t ask to stop anymore. Service is always poor. we have waited 20 minutes for simple ice cream and shakes. Never once have they gotten the order right. Refused to make change for a twenty. really!!!
Nothing against sonic, this location needs new management.
